This is our Opera House.
It is the perfect house for you, family and friends to enjoy your Santa Fe vacation. Contemporary Santa Fe style with hand plastered walls and charming vigas (ceiling beams) throughout. The center of the house is its large great room with lots of light and the Santa Fe sky, high ceilings, comfortable seating. This space will be the center of your Santa Fe experience. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted.

While this open concept kitchen / living / dining room is perfect for entertaining, the three bedrooms offer the perfect amount of privacy. Each of the three bedroom suites has its own bathroom and TV. This house can accommodate 6-7 people very comfortably.

and create new memories with family and friends with elegance and comfort!!!

Location - unbeatable:
It is located just blocks from the Plaza - 5-6 blocks. A few blocks further and you are at Canyon Road or the Railyards. We live in the same neighborhood and really love it.

Close to the Plaza with plenty of room

Property is within walking distance of the Plaza which is very handy due to limited parking in that particular area. The condo has everything you need from housewares to appliances to amenities. Our family is very large and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Owners were attentive when any issues were reported.

A Very Merry Getaway

My husband and I, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 9 month old grand-baby greatly enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The accommodations were perfect. The location was convenient for downtown strolls, the house was roomy and clean, and perfect for spending family time. Next time we have a family get together in SF, this property will be at the top of our list!

Great Location in Santa Fe

We were a group of friends that came together in Santa Fe for a long weekend. The house was extremely comfortable for our group. It meet all our needs. I would definitely stay there when I’m back in Santa Fe.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed property in a great location with scenic views. The property manager was very communicative and sent super helpful tips and favorite activities and restaurants in advance. We used the appliances and all were in great working order and we slept quite well in the quiet rooms. It was perfect for our family with adult kids and grandmother.

A wonderfully convenient place to stay in Santa Fe!

First, the only potential problem we had with the condo was rectified promptly and cordially by the manager. They were also very accommodating with a check-in 2 hours early (I know this can't always be done!) so our friends who flew into Santa Fe could take care of their luggage. The condo was very clean, appliances, wifi, etc, worked well, it was very quiet, the one parking spot off the road was easy access, it was just great!

Incredible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Three girlfriends - loved each having our own bathrooms and the living area was lovely - it was cool in the evenings and mornings and the gas fireplace was great to have. Walking distance to downtown - location on a bit of a busy street but it was fine! We had a couple of questions and the responses were so quick! Highly recommend!

Great Christmas stay

We had 5 adults, two couples and one single. This property was perfect for us. Two bedrooms had king beds and the third had two twins. The place is very nice and the kitchen is well-equipped. Grocery stores are not very far away. You can walk to town from this condo, but we actually ended up driving. The place is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect location, perfect house

From our first communications with Sandra everything about this stay has exceeded our expectations. The house is perfectly located, near enough to the central plaza to walk and distant enough to feel that we were in a neighborhood with a character of its own. The house itself is well equipped, from kitchen to bedrooms (the towel warmers were a special touch). The beds were comfortable, the main room perfect for socializing. We were six friends and enjoyed the chance to share food and good conversation. The information on local sites and food was spot on, down to details about different paths to the Plaza. We contacted Sandra during our stay and she responded in minutes. Just a great spot, well cared for, and ready to enjoy.

Great property

The house was great, plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Our kids especially loved the window that overlooks the living room. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Only complaint was some of the baking pans were pretty dirty but we just found something else to use. Also a word of caution if you have to park on the street, we accidentally left our car unlocked the first night and it was "broken" into. Completely out fault and something that could happen anyway, just make sure you lock your car doors. Otherwise we would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again if in the area.

Lovely Place

High School Girls’ Annual Trip

This property was the perfect place to have our annual High School Girls’ trip. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Prior to arrival, our hosts provided us with helpful information as well as easy check in instructions and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The place was fully stocked, clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Would definitely recommend this property.

Girls trip

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe at this condo. Everything we needed was here, very comfortable. The Plaza was a quick 15 minute walk. Parking was limited, but we figured it out.

Perfect location for Opera and exploring

This home has lots of natural light and a welcoming, open floor plan. It is appointed with everything a guest could want in kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Beds are extremely comfortable. The most direct walk to the Square is a bit hilly but owner gave us easier options if we chose (we did both). There is a nice small porch outside although a bit noisy from the road (not noticeable inside). We had two minor requests and our host responded immediately and had a remedy within a few hours. Host e--mailed us a great directory for the area before our trip (also printed in a binder at the house) with recommendations for restaurants, hikes and places to explore in and around Santa Fe. Easy drive to the opera and simple shopping. Fantastic stay in Santa Fe! Thank you!

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for our girls trip-myself, my mom, and 2 daughters. This home is very comfortable and we enjoyed lounging around in the evenings after our busy days. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the bottle of bubbly, as well as, the washing machine and dishwasher pods provided for us upon arrival was the perfect touch! The bathrooms were great-especially enjoyed the heated towel racks. Communication with the hosts was fast and they were really great at accommodating a couple of our requests. Location couldn’t have been better!! Highly recommend this home and the hosts!!
