Our fully renovated, modern 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom adobe home, located a mere 10 minute walk to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, is central to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Our home is steeped in southwest style featuring a Kiva-style fireplace in the main living space, modern updates and finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, air conditioning, new furnishings throughout, Restoration Hardware bedding, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors. All three bedrooms and living area are equipped with flat screen TV’s with full cable. The home easily accommodates multiple families with two master bedroom configurations on each level. This home's featured gems include a Pueblo-style outdoor fireplace and outdoor dining area. Recently upgraded to solar power in 2021, this home is environmentally friendly as well as luxurious!

This home's location provides ideal access to the Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Ski Resort, the Railyard Arts District, Canyon Road, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.

**Please note that there are stairs required to access this lower level bedroom and that they are narrow. Alternatively, guests can use the private outside entrance if they prefer not to use the staircase.

Guests have access to a covered carport and additional off street parking. There is also a Tesla charger and 220V car charger available for guest use.

The home is dog friendly (1 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
