Thoughtfully designed and newly refreshed, the home features luxury beds and bedding, blackout shades in both bedrooms for restful sleep, TVs in both bedrooms, and stylish Southwestern details throughout. Skylights bathe the space in natural light, while A/C, a cozy gas fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and three TVs with 185 channels and Netflix ensure comfort year-round. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes all cooking essentials, wine glasses, spices, and a complimentary basket of teas, coffee, and pantry staples. A full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

What truly sets Casa del Sol apart is the newly renovated, completely PRIVATE outdoor space—a serene oasis designed just for you. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a book, share a glass of wine in the evening, or BBQ dinner under the Santa Fe sky. The private yard features a firepit, BBQ grill, water feature, and both sitting and dining areas, creating an inviting extension of the home.

Inside, the house exudes authentic Santa Fe character with wooden vigas beams and refinished polished diamond plaster walls. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, desk work space, 55" TV, and blackout shades. The second bedroom features two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), its own TV, and blackout shades as well. The spacious private bathroom includes a towel warmer and full-size washer and dryer. The living room invites you to relax by the gas fireplace on a luxurious sofa, with a 50" smart TV for movie nights. A cozy dining area comfortably seats six.

The home was very cozy snd welcoming. It is located in a very quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the Plaza. The backyard is very inviting with a firepit, comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need including a wide assortment of spices. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I came to Santa Fe for a retirement celebration trip and we loved this property!! Every room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and beautifully/casually Southwestern. The back porch was very spacious and lovely. It had a fountain and many birds came to visit. The kitchen was very well organized. There was a washer and dryer in the bathroom in case we needed it. It was very cozy and comfortable all around. We could tell all details were well thought out. I would very highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Fe. There was a slight miscommunication about the day were were coming with cleaning staff but the owner and property manager quickly rectified the issue with a very generous gift certificate to a local bakery (Dolina) that was fantastic. (The raspberry tart was one of the best I have ever had!)

Everything was very lovely I would stay again if I have reason to be back in the area. the hosts were very quick to solve a small issue and I really appreciated her promptness in response.

This is such a lovely home. It’s so cozy, has plenty of natural light, and a great yard. The location is perfect. We walked to eat meals and enjoy the sites. Highly recommend.

Property was very nice and mostly as expected. I had to buy some windex to clean windows and some surfaces. It would be nice to have it around to clean our own messes, too, so I left the bottle there for the next person. The location was nice, but there were some homeless walking by occasionally. The bathroom window needed a more private window covering. We had to hang a towel up as we were a bit nervous that the passers-by could see in if they walked by there. Beds were very comfortable and linens and all accessories were nice. The sofa/futon had stained upholstery which made it less than inviting. We covered it with a blanket, but were still a bit uncomfortable sleeping on it. We didn't use the patio, but it was nice.

Very nice although the ceiling heaters didn’t produce much heat and the remotes that control them should be explained more thoroughly. Otherwise spacious and tidy and was a pleasure to be in. The two people that can be contacted for help with anything were very responsive!

Neat and clean! It was in a great location within walking distance of the Hotel Eldorado which is where the wedding and events associated with it were located. Walking distance to restaurants and other local places. Beds were comfy and clean. This place was beautiful and cozy. Easy check-in and pretty simple check out. I would recommend this place to anyone.
