It was a great stay for our multi generation family. Location was perfect and just as described. The large living room seating area was better than expected. Beds were comfortable and the dining area was good. You could even see the nightly fireworks from the back deck. All in all a wonderful place for our first visit to Niagara Falls.

Our stay was for two nights. We had no issues during our visit and would stay again. The property is less than five minutes from the border crossing and Niagara State Park.

The house is very nice, well kept and clean. Being such a short drive to the Falls, made it easy for us to go back and forth a couple of times a day and to get to experience the scenery at night!!

This home was very comfy to stay in with my family. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts and how close Niagara Falls were to the house. The house was lovely inside and has that beautiful older home charm. Would recommend and stay again.

House was beautiful inside, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and house is within walking distance of falls & casino. Host was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions.

Great experience and walking distance to most sites in Niagara Falls! Host checked in several times to be sure all ok. Was not at the house much - busy with a conference. Only used refrigerator, TV and. Coffee maker and each were perfect! Would recommend - did feel safe.

Definitely place is very close to the action . Area is not safe at all and 6 cats are sitting outside the property all the time. It’s older property which needs TLC to bring it up to the par . It’s good value for someone who doesn’t care about safety and cleanliness.

Sweet home, historic charm, area being restored.Close to everything! Town, falls, casino. We were in for one only night. Beds were comfy, hot HW, and the a/c worked great. Good WiFi and comfy sectional in living area.

This house was clean and our family had a nice stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and couch were comfy. It is within walking distance to the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood felt run down, but overall the owner has done a great job fixing up an older house and making it comfortable for families.

Everything was wonderful! The house is beautiful and spacious and clean! We enjoyed our stay there and it was so convenient to get to everything. We would definitely stay there again! The hosts were amazing!

The house was very clean and neat. Great communication with the host. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very small 1/2 bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs. There is a small driveway on the right-hand side of the property. We were able to fit out Toyota Tundra in the driveway, but you can also park on the street. With parking on the street, you will have to know what side to park on because it changes daily. The location of the house is walking distance to the Casino. The neighborhood looks sketchy, but it was very safe. Great neighbors on either side of the house. If you are going to the falls, I recommend driving and paying the 10. The parking ticket is good for all three parking lots, Lot#1 is where the American Falls is and Maid of the Mist. Lot#2 is where the Horseshoe Falls is and I would recommend driving to either parking lot. There is a Hard Rock Cafe at Lot#1 and some souvenir shops.
