This house was recently remodeled and furnished, but it’s an old home built in the early 1900s, so certain imperfections should be expected. We work hard to provide a great experience for our guests, but please have realistic expectations!

Some people are surprised to find that the areas near the Falls are rundown. This is not just an issue with this neighborhood, but the city in general. You will see that when driving around. Despite this, the area is quite safe and we've never had any safety issues here.

The place worked out great for us. My group consisted of five; the place provided adequate space. The location was great, less than 10 mins from Amtack by car and less than 15 mins from the Falls. We enjoyed our stay.

Its been a wonderful stay. Everything was cleaned and arranged, just one thing the house is little old but our host tried to make everything comfortable as much as possible. Plus point its just 5 min from niagara falls.

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara. We were close to everything -- Canada and U.S. side. Also easy drive to Buffalo. The house was a great value. We mostly used it for sleeping and it fit the bill. We appreciated the window air conditioner which augmented the central air. Very easy check in and out. Shaun was super responsive, We would definitely stay again.

House was clean and well stocked for our stay. Being an older home it was a little loud with passing traffic and the stairs creaked very loud when climbing them. Overall a nice place to stay near the Falls.

The house is in a perfect location not far from everything and the area was quiet but very rundown and the house is an older very small house. The house worked well for our needs of two nights. It had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There’s not much to do in the area except the Falls. We enjoyed the Frankie’s pizza and donuts down the road and were very thankful for the grocery store that was nearby when we needed last minute things. The driveway is very small.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Shaun’s lovely house. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Mr. Shaun was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.Highly recommended!

House is great, we stayed up for a weekend to explore the Falls. Short drive to Niagra falls state park and the whirlpool state park, incredibly convenient. House was nice and clean and the hosts were very quick with messaging back. Niagra itself was a little more run down than I expected, but we’re from Philly so I felt completely safe during stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be back thank you for allowing us to stay at your home !

Check-in was easy. Communication was great. House was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Only problem we had was the listing said Laundry but couldn’t use the washer and dryer on site. Other than that, everything was great!

The location of the property was pretty good as everything was within 5 to 10 min drive including the Falls. However, the property may not be suitable for large families as the beds were very small (barely double than a Queen). The house itself is very small and old. Some of the furniture didn't feel sturdy and we were being careful not to break anything. The overall experience was good except on the last night at the house, the alarm kept going off (3 times). We checked the property thoroughly to make sure there is no fire or smoke but were scared to go back to sleep due to potential carbon monoxide emission as its an old house and we had young kids with us who got scared cuz of the alarm.

Game night!

The house was very nice and accommodating for 6 people to have a fun game night! The beds were super comfortable and everything worked out so well! Would definitely stay again :)

Overall a good stay for 4 of us. Less than 10 minute drive to the Niagara visitor center/park. Older house, was a bit smaller than expected. Creaky stairs, beds were a little squeaky but comfortable with soft clean sheets. There was a basement laundry area to use. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. I would have liked single serve coffee and packaged sugars over a shared container for guests, but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was mentioned in the description when we rented. I texted to ask about it, but unfortunately the host said there was a shipping delay from their vendor. It would have been pancakes but we missed out this trip. Our group was a bit frustrated with the trash as it was full to the brim on arrival and I think that caused us some trouble with flies. Luckily, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree and a grocery store were less than a mile away and we got some fly swatters. We let the host know and found out trash day was Tuesday the day we were to check out. Someone was supposed to come make sure it was put out. I didn't want to touch it in the state it was in. Let host know it was still full at checkout. TV in the living room has a feature that allows you to log in to your streaming service and enter your checkout date so it will automatically log you out. Central air worked well and with window units in the bedrooms too, you should easily stay cool. With some updates this could one day be an excellent stay, but was still a well priced rental

We arrived around 2 am on the night we were supposed to check in because of the be weather and had to message Shaun multiple times and call multiple times to get our check in instructions and the check in code. There was very little support in providing information about the city and local attractions like you'd expect in a VRBO. And everything seemed and felt like a cheap managers special. There were holes and scratched/chipped spots throughout the house. The beds were not comfortable and the bed frame was not suitable for larger bodies. The pullout mattress had bug debris on it so we chose not to use it. It was also hard to maintain a nice temperature in the home due to the oii me insulation. So it was always too hot upstairs and too cold downstairs. The bathroom is INCREDIBLY tiny. So tiny that as a plus size man I could barely shower or use the bathroom because of how skinny and narrow it was. The bathroom also had signs wear and tear, balancing the sink on two pieces of trash. We were able to watch TV together and the kitchen as the bare necessities to make a meal. We stayed for a week and bought a crockpot and just let it stay there. Lastly, the neighborhood is not great. A lot of abandoned houses ànd people coming around late so be wary of to that. Overall the house was what we needed for the vacation on this budget. We knew what we were getting into but damn.

Nice house to stay in for sight seeing at Niagra falls. Short distance to all attractions. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. The kids loved the pre made pancakes provided. The host also provides coffee/ creamer. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
