The villa exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally well designed and was spotless and very well equipped. The housekeeper was terrific. The concierge service was very responsive and helpful. We won’t hesitate to visit this wonderful property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ficus Villa. The house was perfect for our party of 10. The house was well maintained and just as described. Erika was great coming in each day and attending to us. The entire Pinillas team was great and very helpful starting when we first made the reservation several months ago. The team helped with all needs and concierge services, even assisting with a chef for a night.

Our group of 9 thought the property was excellent. It provided great common areas inside and out but also allowed each of us some private time when needed.

Amazing Home

From the moment we stepped on property it was clear we made the right choice for our Costa Rica vacation rental! The Ficus Villas was beautiful, comfortable, and clean - we felt right at home the entire stay. The staff was always accessible and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay even that much more enjoyable - thank you!

Great property for groups

Perfect property for our group of 8 adults and 9 kids under 7. Plenty of room inside and out. The management team was super responsive and set us up with any resources we needed along the way. The neighborhood is about 30 minutes from tamarind, but super safe and has a great beach club with extra pool and spa services. 100% recommended for families and groups.

Great escape

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Very good communication with the team and assistance with whatever we needed. Since it is outside of Tamarindo, you may want to rent a car if you want to head into town. Great surf spots and restaurants close by the house.

Beautiful!

Great location! Beautiful house! The bunk room was so fun for the kids!! Both the indoor and outdoor areas were perfect. Very prompt replies to questions or issues. We were a family of 15, all ages, and it worked out wonderfully!

This EXCEEDED our expectations!

Our stay at The Ficus Villas was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the Vida Pinilla team was there with a helping hand. They accommodated ALL of our needs, the Villa was in perfect condition and fully stocked, and we truly felt cared for the entire time. We will be returning for another stay in February and cannot wait to be back !

Awesome home and host

I cannot recommend this house any higher. The house was everything we expected and the hosts were phenomenal. Super fast communication with no issues whatsoever the entire time we were there. Everything you need is close and convenient. Thank you Mergie for a great stay

Great first experience in Costa Rica

Paradise Found

My stay at the Ficus Villa was truly unbelievable. The property is second to none. I came with friends and loved that each room had its own bathroom and level of seclusion, making it a perfect getaway for couples retreats or groups of friends. Furthermore, the associated amenities were first class and all the staff was incredibly accommodating. Will certainly be coming back here again!

Amazing property and management team

The house was beautiful and such a fun space to be in. We loved the proximity to the beach club and to the other villas around as well. But even more notable than this, was the quality of the house management team. They really served not just as house managers but as a full concierge service that was willing to help us with all of our needs no matter how big or small. I definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful villa for families

This villa is perfect for those traveling with children of any age. Well taken care of, has everything one might need, including beach towels, bathroom and cleaning supplies. Housekeeper was helpful, but at the same time gave us room to enjoy ourselves without being constantly in our view. Management company was quick to reply to our questions. Just 5 min away from a really nice beach club. Totally reccomended!

Relaxing stay for a surf vacation

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay with a group of five at Ficus Villas. The highlight of my stay was the walk in shower which was a true spa experience and one I wish I could build into my own home. The details were tasteful and thoughtful -- pebble floor tiles, wood tones, views of the garden from the window, and great water pressure. The location is convenient and allowed us to surf breaks up and down the Guanacaste coast, and once we were done for the day, Ficus Villas was great for hanging out and retreating from the equatorial sun. Highly recommend.

Costa Rica Paradise

The house was perfect. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Joel, the property manager was the best. Answered all my questions before we arrived. Had a little problem with the water heater for the guest house and he sent someone out right away to replace it. So nice to be able to go to the beach club and use the facilities. I would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving week in Tamarindo

This house was just as it is pictured~perfect! It was a wonderful place for our family of 14 ranging in age from grandparents to a 2-year-old. The house, the pool, the outside areas had everything we wanted or needed. Joel and Mergie were always quick to respond, from the planning of our trip to anything we needed during the vacation. Erica made an amazing breakfast each day and kept us organized, and always gave us a perfectly clean house to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring Costa Rica. Such a treat! Pura Vida!!
