Welcome to our home, CASA COSTA PALMERA, steps away from the Pacific Ocean on the wonderful sands of Playa Grande, Costa Rica. Nestled in the coconut palm trees, built on the sands of the beach, Casa Costa Palmera (sleeps 13) is a vacation home that will leave you breathless. Playa Grande has been rated in the top 30 as one of the best beaches on earth. Casa Costa Palmera is exactly 40 paces away from where the picture were taken for the magazine. Swim and surf right outside the house. NO volcanic rock obstructions which limit water activities at other nearby beaches. We are located in
Playa Grande 200 meters north of the Hotel Las Tortugas. OUR HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE BEACH. Literally, the beach is your front yard, national park your back.

The amazing hand crafted woodwork and the beautiful granite counter tops inside this 4 bedroom beach home will truly make you feel like you are on a vacation for the memories. Our home has a private built-in swimming pool with swim-up stools and BBQ area. Excellent maid service is included daily, linens and beach/bath towels provided. Cooking is available at an additional cost. Theo, a private masseuse can be hired and massages performed on the premises. Guard on the property at night.

It was a beautiful house with a fantastic oceanfront view and access. Tatiana took great care of the place, and we also enjoyed her cooking.

Best Vacation Home
Costa Palmeras is a lovely house with fabulous surfing right out front. We absolutely loved the location and the staff was amazing! The house was well equipped, very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. We had the best vacation our family has ever experienced here. We highly recommended this exquisite house.

Great house in great location
Spent a week here with the family and loved every minute of it. House is right on the beach and you can be on the sand and in the water in seconds. House manager is great and easy to communicate with and will shop and set you up for arrival and your stay.

Well located
Very accommodating and lovely. The staff was exceptional. We had all we needed for the beach.The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels.We would return!

Great time. House was fantastic and on a great beach. Only small downside was there was a public parking lot next door. No issues due to it, just less private than expected.

Exceeded expectations
The house was perfect for our group. We loved that we could walk out the door and be on the beautiful beach. Tatiana, Teu, Johnny, and Marco took wonderful care of us. The dinner Tatiana cooked for us and the massages were two of our favorite memories from the trip. I would be thrilled to stay there again.

So beautiful.....Casa Costa Palmera
Truly beautiful in so many ways......this oceanfront house was our last 3 nights of a long surf trip in Costa Rica. If you like sunsets, wide uncrowded beaches, expansive views of the Pacific, and good waves this is the place to stay. The on site staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful beach location
The property was very clean and had everything we needed as far as cooking utensils and lots of games, linens etc. The staff was lovely and ready to assist with anything, we really enjoyed meeting them. The beach was beautiful and we really liked taking walks along the shore. We made lots of family memories we will treasure.

Wonderful location all amenities are in excellent shape and the pictures and descriptions do not do justice to how wonderful it is. Location and set up at Casa Costa Palmera is first rate. We will come back and will tell anyone who’s interested to definitely come!

Perfect beach getaway.
The house was perfect. Private pool area to cool off. Location was incredible. Being right on the beach, there is no reason to leave the property. Boogie boards and bikes were fun. Staff were helpful and someone was always available. I hope to be able to come back again soon. I Loved my stay at Costa Palmera.

Incredible experience
Thanks to Shawna and Tatiana for being the best hosts. The place is amazing, right on the beach. We surfed, boogie boarded, walked the beach, kids played in the pool and watched the sunset, pretty much every day. Tatiana was awesome and cooked for us the entire time which was delicious and a nice relief for us so we could enjoy vacation. The beach gets busy out front on the weekends but everyone is super friendly and respectful.

This property offers a comfortable, relaxing, private home, beachfront location. I love all the natural wood in the house, the sounds of native birds and the smell and sound of the salty ocean. All beaches in Costa Rica are public. Playa Grande offers a serene vacation environment off the tourist beach scene. We are one of only a few dozen homes located beachfront within the national park. I've had the opportunity to see turtles during turtles season which is pretty special.

Shawna, our property manager will take care of our clients needs from airport pickups to and from the house, car rental, stocking the refrigerator with food and beverages before arrival, scheduling excursions, restaurant reservations, massages as well as surf lessons in front of the house and more. Memorable vacation experiences at the house has led many of our clients to return yearly knowing the staff, home and relaxation will be waiting for them.
