Brand new, Hip, Charming Pacific Beach studio in a safe, relaxed neighborhood. Only 1.1 miles to the BEACH, near Mission Bay and Crystal Pier. Mosey in the sand, surf the waves, shop till you drop, visit one of the many microbreweries or trendy restaurants in the area. Plenty of beach bars, cafès and night clubs to go exploring. ONLY 10 blocks to the beach, Garnet Avenue and the vibrant pulse of Pacific Beach! Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06948L.

Comfortable and charming studio, quiet, clean, and safe. Close enough to everything but yet far enough to chill out and recover after a long day at the beach! Brand New Comfy queen bed, WiFi, Amazon Fire Stick TV, full kitchen, plenty of street parking with no time limits.

10 blocks to the beach, close to the famous Pacific Beach boardwalk, Crystal Pier and near Mission Bay.

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

You will be staying in the perfect location! Close to EVERYTHING! Two of the best beaches in San Diego, Garnet street, shops, micro-breweries, bars restaurants, gyms, yoga studio and more!!!!

Very basic accommodations but all I needed. No parking! Fortunately I was close enough to my son’s house so I parked my car there.

Perfect

Very cute, exactly as described, one bedroom. Breeze kept room cool but not cold and not hot. 1 mile from beach, close to stores within walking distance. (I like to walk 1 to 3 miles is walking distance). Felt very safe and neighboring people were very nice as well. Thank you!!!

Wonderful place to stay

We were in town for my father in law’s wedding. This is a very nice, quiet and clean VRBO spot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot close to the beach

We had the best visit! The rental is very close to the beach and so many restaurants. While there was no AC a fan is provided and it helped keep the place cool. Highly recommend!

Good stay

The unit is small, but very clean and just what the description says it would be like. We did have problems with the WiFi - it would just cutout at times. Parking could be a problem, but we were "lucky." Storage in the bathroom is very limited, and it would help if there were shelves over the toilet. Plastic cups or glasses to use in the bathroom would also be nice.

The size of the unit was perfect. It had all the necessities. It was a little warm later in the afternoon, the fans did help. The location was perfect close to everything. Overall we really did enjoy your stay. Thank you

Amazing location & kind property management!!

I stayed in this unit for 4 months and enjoyed every minute of it! AMAZING location - a good walk to the beach and 2 blocks from the bay! Additionally the property was 2 blocks away from Garnet Ave, the main strip in Pacific beach with scattered cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops! Francesca (host) was incredibly communicating and accommodating when I would approach her with questions or concerns! Parking was always easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting San Diego!

Small but comfortable place to stay for two people. But, finding a parking spot for the car was very difficult. Had to drive around the neighborhood for more than a mile each time to find a vacant parking spot.

OK, a bit dated

It was ok. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The space is dated, and has a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Also, if one needs a dark space to sleep, this is not it. Although it is a nice sunny space, the blinds are very thin, and the light comes in strong at dawn. No clock anywhere. Street parking is sketchy. Daytime you are fine, late evening or past 11 PM you will be driving around in the neighborhood to find parking.

Darling mini studio

Located in a nice residential area of Pacific Beach, this older one story apartment building end unit has great cross-ventilation but no AC. Has been styled as a beach retreat, spacious kitchen for the condo size, I was able to find on-street parking daily within 1-2 city blocks during high season in July. The owner was very accomodating and friendly. There are amenities very close by, fast food, sandwich shops and gasoline. The beach is 1-2 miles away. Getting to downtown San Diego is easy access and the freeway is a mile away. Overall we had a great time. The only issue of note is the building and property are older and not disability access or accomodated.

Perfect place and close to everything.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wanted to be close to everything the beaches have to offer but also be close to Interstate 5 so I could go downtown and north San Deigo with ease. The place was clean and the property manager was super nice.
