Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination! Newly decorated! Stay in one of San Diego's most charming beach communities. Walking distance to OB's Newport Avenue, where you will find amazing cafes, breweries, and restaurants, as well as one of San Diego's best beaches and the longest concrete pier on the West Coast. Just 4 miles to San Diego Airport. This spacious studio cottage is located in a laid back neighborhood which immerses you in the true OB vibe.

I am so excited to be able to offer this brand new listing to you! Will be redecorated soon! Absolutely perfect for the fun, outgoing traveler that wants the ease of being able to wander and walk everywhere! Several of the studio cottages in the complex has been converted into cozy, clean and comfortable vacation rentals near the beach. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee per night.

Although there were plenty of restaurants ad bars within walking distance there we like to cook in one or two nights and had brought food to cook with but found there were no baking dishes. Ocean Beach was amazing The people were friendly, the beach was in walking distance. We had a great stay and would stay again.

This studio-style unit was well-located with regard to local attractions and dining venues, and there was quick access to freeways for other attractions out of the area.The unit was neat and clean, and all basic amenities were provided (full-size refrigerator, gas stove, small kitchen appliances. Queen size bed was comfortable. Electrical outlets were plentiful and everything seemed to work just fine. Parking was on-street only, but we never had a problem finding a parking spot nearby.Since the unit has no AC, fans were provided which helped keep the unit relatively comfortable, although the weather was unusually hot while we visited.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was very clean and the property was walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. The area was quiet in the evenings. Our host provided clear instructions , and checking in and out was seamless. We would stay here again.

Amazing location and such a nice bed. They’ve gotten a bigger one since the listing photos were taken. Got a great nights sleep. There’s no air con so just be aware, though they do provide a fan. Some advertised amenities were missing and I did not receive a response regarding a significant leak beneath the bathroom sink. Kind of led me to believe they knew about it already and just haven’t bothered to fix it, though I hope that’s not the case!

Close to restaurants & bars. It was close to the beach. Timing was not the best in our experience there was a holiday parade so it made it very difficult to park. Overall nice place to stay for the price.

Great stay. Cute place. Weather was warm while we were there. Little warm without A/C, but all in all, highly recommended.

Thank you for staying with us. A/C is normally not needed in the area but we will take into consideration that a portable unit might be necessary.

What an excellent place to stay in Ocean Beach, California! Very clean. Has a kitchen with a range, refrigerator, lots of amenities like dishes, coffee maker, coffee supplied, all bedding, towels, and is close to the beach. Contact with the owner is fantastic if you have any questions. We are very satisfied with our stay there. Plan on going there again next year for another vacation. Highly recommend for anyone who plans on going to Ocean Beach for a vacation. Check-in was very easy. You are given a key code by email before checking in. Very nice VRBO!

I was tiny and basic, as expected. Little adorable place and it was pretty clean. Able to walk everywhere, beach, bars, shops, etc... Bring 4.75 in quarters for each load and bring your own detergent. We washed our bedding first. Parking sucks but its OB, what do you expect? I come from San Diego and this was a really good deal considering the location.

Close to everything and so easy and fun to get around and walk, run, or grab a scooter. My favorite grocery store, "The Peoples Market," is right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants and bars for the foodie to explore, all within minutes of each other.
