Highly recommend! Definitely one of the cleanest places I have stayed at in Pacific Beach area. AC worked great, and the place is quaint but big, beautiful backyard to hangout. Host had great communication!

Clean, comfortable, and the location cannot be beat! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We had a wonderful trip and I would recommend this location to anyone coming to visit San Diego who wants to be walking distance from the beach as well as some great food spots and nightlife.

John and the team did a fantastic job in responding and resolving the issues that occurred after checkin. The place itself was very nice, quiet and comfortable! and I totally recommend it!

Great beach house spot- great location, cute outdoor space, and comfy bed. We loved staying in this spot because it was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and short walk to all the PB bars and restaurants, short drive/ride share to OB and Gaslamp. The hosts were professional, communicative and responsive to all my questions. No washer/dryer but the host supplied plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom. For 2 people, it was the perfect size spot for a week- might be cramped for more people than that for anything longer than 3-4 days because there is only one bathroom. I would definitely book here again in the future. Also we were there in a heat wave, according to the locals, and the AC was GREAT.

We spent most of our time outside of the ubit, but it was well-equipped for what we needed.

Cute bungalow! Comfortable and clean. The outside is way bigger and big plus. Lots of room to chill & grill. Excellent location. No parking but we always were able to find a spot.

Quaint house. Easy with 2, probably pretty crowded with 4. Clean house lots of linens and towels. Has soap, shampoo/conditioner hair dryer Has space heaters and fans for comfort. Limited kitchen supplies. Could use a toaster Outside really nice area. Patio table and separate area for gas fire pit which is behind a fence not shown in pictures on website Only thing about a lovely sitting area with cushions is they were wet, moldy and dirty- most likely from weather. Perhaps a cover or some other thought on that. Location excellent 1 block from Pacific Beach and boardwalks. 2 blocks down from Garnet Ave with bars, restaurants and shopping. Definitely a nice little spot.
