Check out Tampa Bay.... bring your own boat as the canal has direct access. Bring your boat or rent one. Dock can accommodate up to 3 boats. Explore the area on one of the 2 kayaks provided for your stay. Convenient location with all the amenities for the best vacation! The home has just been remodeled with your vacation in mind.

The canal-side pool was definitely the highlight of our stay! We spent most of our time there and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working during our visit, which was very disappointing.The kitchen was functional, but the cookware and bakeware were in poor condition. The pots and pans were old and rusty, and the Teflon was peeling. The kitchen could also use updated serving bowls, cookware, bakeware, and cooking utensils. We were not provided with any dish towels or dishcloths for the kitchen, which was likely an oversight but was inconvenient.Overall, the house was adequate, but it felt quite worn and was in need of fresh paint and general repairs. The pillows on all of the beds were particularly disappointing—they were old, lumpy, and had numerous stains, which we found unpleasant.We also encountered multiple cockroaches during our stay, which was concerning and significantly affected our overall experience.The property has a lot of potential, especially with its beautiful canal-side pool area, but it would benefit from updates, maintenance, and greater attention to cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard is peaceful and the property is very clean. The house had plenty of room for our family and we especially enjoyed the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The place is exactly as advertised! It’s off a major street, so a Publix 5 min’s away and a Wal-Mart 10 min’s away, but the neighborhood is tucked away and cute. It’s Florida, so there might be some boats parked on the streets in case you bring one with. The best parts is that it’s on the water with a private dock that’s large enough to attach your boat to and still leave room for other to fish and cast at night if the boat’s there. There are 4 posts with 4 large cleats. The pool is huge and since the house was built in the 70’s, the deep end is 7-8 foot deep. The outdoor area has multiple sitting areas, there is a picnic table on one side of the covered patio and the other side has a couch and 4 chairs. (A fan, even a small construction site style fan would’ve been nice though, especially since the mornings get the sunrise and it can get hot early…the evenings are much cooler with the sun setting behind the house though). There are 4 Adirondack chairs on the felt lawn. There are 2 really nice lounge chairs by the pool and a cocktail table and a couple chairs. There are kayaks and paddle boards on the side of the house for use. There’s a storage area with pool floats and lifejackets, etc…. There are a few fishing poles and some gear(but they do need to be respooled and reloaded). We had 10 people and cooked multiple meals and there’s plenty of cookware. The home was immaculately clean!And the owner super nice and replied to our issue immediately and followed up!

Our host was an excellent communicator before and during our trip. The house was amazing with a heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pac man machine and located on a canal with a great dock. We saw a dolphin and lots of Manatees and fish. Plenty of seating, the backyard was my favorite place to be! The house was great too. My mother, 85 years young, loved having the master suite with a private bathroom. We loved having a washer and dryer along with everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great also. We were walking distance to a grocery store and downtown Tampa and Dunedin were a short drive. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to booking another trip soon!

Beautiful property

The property was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect and a few of our group even enjoyed the kayaks in the canal. The house is spaced nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great home & location

This home was exactly what we needed. We loved the place and the location! Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas are within a mile of the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the pool was perfect. I would stay again!
