We had a great week at Glacier National Park. Staying in this house just a few short blocks from the west entrance was a big contributor to our overall experience. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable.The host answered my questions in a timely manner and offered helpful suggestions for options for activities in the area. We would definitely book here again.

Great location, just outside of GNP.

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, has a great location and we enjoyed the wildlife in the yard.

Convenient location is the main draw. Extra bedroom is in the basement with a privacy screen to separate from the lower family room. Fire pit is propane. Host was quick to respond to questions and had a few bear sprays on hand to borrow which was extra nice.

This is a great property with a very convenient location to West Glacier entrance. It was clean and we enjoyed sitting out back at the picnic table and playing horse shoe.

GNP Vacation

Fantastic location for visiting and hiking the west side of Glacier National Park. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for five adults. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location!

Great place, fabulous location, very private feel but close to park, small stores, gas station and a few restaurants. Extremely responsive to questions.

Great house for a family trip to Glacier

They had everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen and even Bear spray you could borrow. Thanks! Definitely would stay again.

This house worked well for our family’s men’s trip. We cooked all of meals and the kitchen was well equipped for such. Horseshoes in the back yard was a nice distraction. Rooms were adequate and were clean.

Home away from home

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect home away from home. It's in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the West park entrance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, we enjoyed it as our home base after long days outside. Easy check in/out. Drive slowly around the area though, lots of deer walking through (which added to the beauty).

Thank you for your feedback. I replaced the bathroom fan with a whisper quiet model. There are times of the year where we don’t allow the use of the fire pit due to high wildland fire danger.

At the west entrance to Glacier National Park

This western casual home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be recharged after long hiking days in the park. The close proximity to the west entrance is definitely the biggest amenity.

Instead of location, location, location I would describe our stay as Quick, quiet, close and convenient. Check in was easy, house was located in a quiet area and private. Accommodations were perfect for what we needed for our stay with 5 Adults. Amenities were just as described and it was great having a full kitchen and access to a washer/dryer, barbecue pit, and fire pit. Finally, the physical location of the house could not be closer to the park entrance.

Spacious house very close to West Glacier park entrance

The house was perfect with four bedroom spaces, and a great yard with a fire pit. The owner, Chris, was really helpful and responsive offering activity suggestions when the majority of the Glacier NP stayed closed and our options were limited. Thanks so much for having us. We loved our stay at Glacier!

Fantastic mountain home!

We had a wonderful time here! There was plenty of space for all of us. The location was fabulous and the house had everything we needed. We watched deer, ground squirrels, and a resident hare from the living room windows. Check-in and check-out were easy. A perfect end to our trip!

Perfect Spot in West Glacier

This house is situated very close to the West Glacier amenities as well as to the entrance to Going to the Sun road. Even though it’s close, it’s off the beaten path in a private neighborhood so it’s very quiet and relaxing once you’re back from the hikes and other activities. The house itself was clean and well kept which made it perfect as a home base.

Great location and private

Setting is gorgeous and very close to the golf course. Enjoyed the long weekend. Easy checkin. Not having a bathroom downstairs and no tv upstairs were the only issues mostly because we are seniors. Plenty of towels and supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen was well-equipped and stocked..

Amazing location!!

We couldn’t believe how accessible this property is to west glacier. The house was perfect for the 7 of us and our adventures in the park! In the evenings our teenage kids loved the yard space and played horse shoes sat around the fire. Chris was very responsive and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location wins out

Close to entrance of GNP. Listing is accurate. Plenty of room. Use of garage was nice. Master bath shower is tight if you are above average size.

Great location!

Clean, spacious house close to the West Gate and several restaurants. With most of the popular hikes >1 hr drive from the gate within the park, it was nice being only 5mins away from the entrance gate. There was also a grocery store 15mins away and the kitchen was stocked nicely with basics (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) Chris also provided 2 cans of bear spray. Would highly recommend staying here.

A day in Glacier

This is a great location for early entrance to GNP. One recommendation would have been to have a bathroom down stairs in addition to the 2 upstairs for older visitors that sleep in the downstairs location instead of climbing up and downstairs for nicely trips. Other than that….Great experience.
