We had a lovely stay on Omaha Beach! There are lovely views of the water from downstairs and the two front bedrooms. Yeah it was wonderful to fall asleep with the windows open and only the sounds of the waves. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was a great location to see all the area has to offer, but also very quiet, especially for being so centrally located.Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay at Omaha Beach

My wife, daughters, and I really enjoyed our time at this property. Wonderful home in a beautiful part of France. Was the perfect location to explore more of Normandy from.

Poignant & Beautiful Location

My favorite stay during our trip to Paris. The home was perfect and it's location on Omaha Beach was instrumental in getting in touch with the events of D-Day. The view of the beach was awesome and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host Arnaud was exceptional, great communication and genuine concern that our stay would be comfortable. I highly recommend this host and his home.

An absolute gem!!

We loved this place! The location couldn’t have been better. It was clean, cozy and beautiful. It was perfect! We had space for all of our family. The host was amazing! I was sad to leave! 100% recommend!!

Beautiful Home in an Amazing Setting

If I could give my experience here more than 5 stars, I would. Where to begin? 1) The home and property. This is a BEAUTIFUL home in every way. The blue/white palette walls, furniture, and seashore decorating is comfortable, welcoming, bright, and impeccably tasteful. Every amenity is in perfect condition and completely up-to-date. There is even a washer AND dryer available, which is unusual. The property location could not be better. Located right across the street from Omaha Beach, the vistas of the beach, sky, and waves are visible from every window in the home. 2) The setting on Omaha Beach. Whether you are visiting Vierville-sur-Mer for a fun beach vacation or for the more solemn study of the WWII Landing Sites, surrounding towns, and the American Cemetery, this property’s location is ideal. For those interested in the WWII aspect (which was our focus), the house is located in the exact E-W center of Omaha, with the sculpture “The Braves” only about a 10 min walk down the beach. Studying WWII can be tiring, and we were glad each day to return to this peaceful, quiet, welcoming home. 3) Our host Arnaud could not have been better. He was immediately responsive to questions that we had, suggested great restaurants, gave us information about where the beat market, patisserie, and boulongerie were located. We absolutely loved our week-long stay in Vierville-sur-Mer. Thank you! A++++++++ As anyone reading this can see, my husband and I absolutely loved our week in

Splendide ! Une très jolie maison a deux pas de la mer ( la route a traverser et on est sur une magnifique plage de sable ) . Quasiment toutes les fenêtres avec vue sur la mer .Bref , a conseiller fortement !

Gîte très bien situé

Superbe semaine en famille (4 enfants et 2 adultes). Gîte confortable. Jardin, table de ping pong,... et surtout vue sur mer et plage accessible (une route à traverser). Très belle région. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Plus près de l'eau, c'est dedans

Spacieuse, confortable et quelle superbe vue sur la mer. Arnaud, le propriétaire est très aimable et de bon conseil. Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon de la St Sylvestre 2020.

pieds dans l'eau

Seule une route sépare la maison de la plage. La vue est très belle et la maison est fonctionnelle. Arnaud est très réactif et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement.
