The main living area of the split-level home is upstairs, with large windows looking out on the Tahoe Donner Ski Hill and forested views of the Pacific Crest and Carson Range. A comfortable seating area surrounds the gas fireplace, and another cozy sofa sits in front of the television. The floor plan is completely open, allowing for easy flow into the dining area - which seats all eight guests - and the kitchen, equipped with a gas range and full set of cookware and dishware.

The Primary bedroom sits on the upstairs main floor and is outfitted with a King bed, television, and full-size desk, making it an ideal space for those on a working vacation. The ensuite bath features a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a designated make-up vanity. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and one with a queen-sized bed. There's also a versatile room with a bunk bed, sofa, television, and access to the ground-floor outdoor hot tub.

3. The driveway to this property has a steep upslope. A 4WD vehicle is strongly advised during the winter months.
4. The county record shows this home as a 3 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however, there is an additional room that acts as a 4th sleeping area.
