Our place was great, the perfect space for our family weekend getaway. My 9 year old son loved the arcade machine in the dining room, and we slept great on the king sized bed. Would definitely come back!

No frills but host was very responsive with communication. One of 2 hair dryers didn't work but he dropped one off within an hour.

Likes: Sufficient distance to main road, very calm neighborhood. Hot tub was great, loved watching wildlife while getting soaked. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great base for cycling, both on road and off road. I would stay there again.

Great location near excellent swim beach. Quiet and comfortable beds and couch. Great internet and well equipped kitchen.Know before you go this is an upstairs unit and the stairs are steep.Easy parking and great food nearby too

Good stay

Overall it was pleasant stay. Wish they provided pool towels and there were at least three dead chipmunks in the pool daily

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had an overall pleasant stay! We do provide six towels for guest use, though we always recommend bringing extra if you plan to spend a lot of time at the pool. Being in the mountains, occasional wildlife activity is part of the environment, and unfortunately that can sometimes include critters near the pool. Please know the pool is treated and maintained daily to ensure it stays clean and safe. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again!

family trip

My kids absolutely loved the galaga/ pac-man and the bunk beds. Would absolutely stay again! Walking distance to boulder bay and super short drive to restaurants

Cozy stay with amazing Lake access

The condo was as expected. It worked for our needs as a family of 4. The location was prefect as it was close enough to the village and everything we did while staying in big bear. Walking access to the lake was amazing for morning and evening strolls and very convenient for kids to fish.

Listing description and pictures are accurate. Good size space for my husband, myself, and our two teens. Enough kitchen essentials to cook when we felt like it. Nice, quiet neighborhood/complex. Clean and well maintained pool area.

Cozy place to stay

It was very cozy and clean. My family and i had a good time there. We ha d a luttle trouble with billing but the owner of the priperty communicated wonderfully and everything was taken care of. We will be visiting again soon.

Overall good, did not realize it is on the first floor which was tricky with an exploring toddler

Thanks for staying with us. We actually prefer the first level for children. However we do have a unit upstairs next time you return and want a second level deck.

We had a great time at this awesome property! Mario was fantastic with communication. The BEST location. Unit was set up perfect. Very clean. Would definitely return here!
