Great seasonal get away for couples and families. The Cabin features two bedrooms plus loft with room for up to 6-8 persons. New Hot Tub just a few steps from master bedroom. Computer, Wi-Fi, Apple TV/ DVD/HBO Now. Also includes all the wood you want to burn in the fireplace or outside firepit.

Great house - except for the bugs

The host was very nice and responsive. He answered my texts within minutes. House has all the amenities we wanted. The ONLY drawback - and this really can't be environmental-friendly corrected - was the amount of spiders (and their webs) and the mosquitos. We would clear the webs in

Waterfront Oasis

The view of the water cannot be beat! Our group spent the days fishing off the dock and taking in the views. The cabin was simple, clean, and comfortable. Perfect place to unwind.

Clean, beautiful lake house

This property was a great pick for us! We did not get the email with information about entering the property, but Doug was very responsive by phone and walked us through the entry process. I wouldn't plan to swim off the dock since there was a lot of algae, but the beach a short drive away was a nice swimming spot. Hot tube was nice and clean, and a highlight of our trip!

The spot to rent at Indian Lake

The cabin was the perfect location for us. I am from the area and have always wanted a place on the water. Dougs place gave us that little slice of what it would be like to own a property on Indian Lake. The ability to be looking West for beautiful sunsets on the water is spectacular. We will come back.

5 stars all around!!!

This was the second year we’ve stayed at Doug’s place. The cabin is amazing and the hot tub and view of the lake are enough to give 5 stars on their own. Not to mention how above and beyond Doug goes for his guests. His communication is impeccable and won’t leave you hanging if something is wrong. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Cabin getaway

We were worried we’d feel too close to the neighboring houses, but with the way the property is set up, you hardly notice the other houses when you’re out back! There was more space in the main living area than we anticipated and plenty of extra blankets and towels to ensure we were always comfortable. The lake view was gorgeous and the fishing was great! We caught several huge catfish right off the dock! We had no issues and Doug was great about answering questions quickly too

Exceeded Expectations

Never had a better vacation or get-away residence than this place! An amazing cottage, essentials were well stocked. I literally told my fianceé, the host thought of everything we needed. Well cleaned. Thank you for this experience, Doug!

Perfect for a gals retreat

Stayed with 3 high school friends and thoroughly enjoyed the three days and nights we stayed at this cabin. Location was excellent and amenities were as expected! Hot tub was a bonus, and very well-maintained! Good communication with host!

Breathtaking views in a cozy cabin!

First, I must say that the communication with the host was perfect. He was gracious and attentive. The cabin had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. We felt right at home. The lake right in the backyard was spectacular. We enjoyed it so much and can’t wait to go back.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful and very relaxing time at this cute “rustic” cabin on the lake. The lake views were breathtaking. We loved the swimming, hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Our host was so accommodating. We loved it!

Our favorite retreat

This has become an annual retreat for our family. We love this little cabin sanctuary. Beautiful views from the back windows or sitting in the hot tub. We love watching the sun set over the lake. Can't wait to come back! Doug is a wonderful and responsive host.

Sparkling lights & beautiful winter nights

We loved this cabin with its welcoming warmth & beautiful Christmas lights indoor & out. Truly special with stunning frozen views from the hot tub and crackling fireplace. Doug was a thoughtful, detail-oriented communicator & host. Great way to kick off a happy 2023!

Weekend Getaway

I booked this as a weekend getaway for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. It was amazing, and as described. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. The cabin was cozy, there was access to Netflix, Hulu, etc and there were some great restaurants nearby. Our favorite thing was the hot tub :)

Fantastic host and wonderful property

The property is over the top. Can't say enough about the host Doug. He is the best. Enjoyed our 30th anniversary weekend here and it was better than the listing. We will be back.

Amazing

We had such a wonderful time. The house was clean and the location was perfect! Doug was a great host answering questions promptly. We rented a pontoon boat and the location made it so easy to get on and off the water. The patio was the perfect place to end the day by the fire pit and experience the most beautiful sunsets over the water. We will definitely stay there again!

The property was awesome but disappointed about the algie in the lake. Our vacation consists of boating and wasn't able to take it out. Doug the host was awesome couldn't ask for a better one.
