EDENTHAIS is a modern villa located in the heart of a village of residents. A strategic and lively place all year round! On the one hand, the calm and the opportunity to share a moment of life with Catalans. Then, on the other hand, less than 10 minutes from the beaches, coves, coastal paths, water parks, fishing villages, Palamos and Playa d´aro for shopping and nightlife.

- A large outdoor courtyard conducive to good moments of sharing and relaxation in
family or friends. Swimming pool, shower, terrace, green area, bar, plancha ...
- A garage.
Upstairs :
        - A suite for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, Apple video projector
Netflix TV, terrace with pool view)
        - A suite for 2 people (1 bedroom, bathroom, AppleTV Netflix video projector,
terrace with pool view)

The neighborhood:
Nicky's accommodation is located in Calonge, Catalunya, Spain.
It's a neighborhood that I really like, old-fashioned with neighbors from the country. As soon as I arrived, I wanted to blend in with the village.

Access for travelers:
Travelers have access to the entire villa and its outdoor courtyard. You have a convenience store 150 m from the villa.

Transport:
The street is a dead end, so parking here has never been a problem.
It is advisable to have a car to get around. PLAYA DE ARO and its lively town center at 6 km, PALAMOS which has kept its "typical village" aspect at 5 km, SAINT ANTONY DE CALONGE and its beautiful sandy beaches at 3 km.

Internal rules:
No animals
No party, no evening. Please respect the neighborhood.
Arrival time between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. (next day) and departure before 11 a.m.
Security deposit of € 500 in the event of material damage to the accommodation.
