Discover this charming 3-bedroom beach cottage, ideally located just minutes from Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, and Hilton Head’s beautiful sandy beaches — the perfect island escape for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! Enjoy the fresh coastal vibe with all-new bathrooms, stylish updated décor, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Step outside to enjoy the sparkling new pool — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach — or sharpen your short game on the private putting green right in the backyard.

Pets are allowed. (limit 40lb) There is a $300.00 non refundable pet fee for one dog.

This is an outstanding property - perfectly positioned a short walk/bike ride from Coligny Plaza, and about an 8 min walk to the beach.The home was perfect for our stay, and dog friendly!We spent most of our time in the pool, as it was very hot while we were there, and we loved the pool. The pool was also professionally cleaned twice while we were there, which we appreciated.Very comfortable bedrooms, big well-appointed kitchen, and nice family room/den.We would love to stay there again sometime.

Great location - walk to shopping, dining, and beach. Super clean and well stocked. Bikes were a nice thing to have. Nicely decorated - phenomenal bathrooms.

Loved the home for men my girlfriend and my two boys. The location was terrific. Close to the shops, restaurants, ice cream and a short 4 minute walk to the beach. The yard with pool and putting green made for a lot of activities outside. We could swim after the beach or if we didnt want to go to the beach at all. The outside screened in porch worked out fantastic when we had guests where we could stay out of the sun and talk. We had some minor issues that were quickly addressed. Overall, it was a great week.

Great property! We had a wonderful time. Two blocks from the beach. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the sparkling pool and hot tub. Enjoyed mornings on the screened in porch. Especially loved bringing our dog Murphy. Would love to come back!

This home was just right for our family of 4. The location was perfect, as we could walk to Coligny Plaza or the beach whenever we wanted. We absolutely loved the spa/pool and spent a lot of time in the backyard! The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and updated. There were lots of places to hang out on the property, between the outdoor pool area, screened in patio, and the indoor living space. I am glad we discovered this spot, it was very nice and we had a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location truly couldn’t have been better. The walk to the beach was quick, peaceful, and shaded, with minimal traffic to worry about, which made heading to the beach every day so easy.The pool and hot tub were AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! Having a fully fenced-in yard was also a huge bonus since we brought our two dogs. It was so nice being able to let them outside without worrying, and it made traveling with them so much easier.Another thing we loved was being able to walk to Coligny every night! We could easily walk to dinner, grab ice cream, shop, and enjoy everything in the area without having to get in the car. The location was incredibly convenient while still feeling quiet and relaxing at the house.We made so many great memories here and were honestly sad to leave! Between the pool, fenced yard, easy beach access, and being within walking distance of Coligny, this house checked all the boxes for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially if you’re traveling with dogs!

Awesome property!

This place is well situated just 2 blocks from Coligny plaza! The bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed. There is a lot of space in the living area. Great house!

Great Location

The location of the house was outstanding for access to the beach and shops. We truly enjoyed how quickly we could go to the beach, stores and outdoor pavilion without having to use a bike or car. The updates on the house were really nice for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only minor inconvenience was low water pressure at the kitchen sink but everything else was great.

Relaxing beachfront vacation house

Newly renovated house. Very spacious and elegant. 5 minute walk to beach on side street which has no traffic at all. Safe area. Virtually no back yard but didn’t see that as a negative given the beautiful interior and close proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping

Everything was great and responses were given immediately too! Will definitely stay again. Only two nit picks of pool guy came and we were not ready with the dogs outside and then he left the gate open so one dog got loose but she came right back. Other suggestions would be a heater in the master bathroom and a small tub for the elderly in the guest bath. Other than that was an awesome stay!!
