Walk to the Beach!!!!!

This spacious Eastward Look home has 6 bedrooms (5 Queen and 1 Queen plus Full) with smart TV's in each room, over 2,300 SF featuring a beautiful open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen flowing to the dining room open to spacious living room with a giant flat screen, smart TV. The kitchen opens up to an elevated deck with propane grill and outdoor seating overlooking a large fenced in back yard with a storage shed and fire pit. Central A/C, WiFi, and an outdoor shower! This is the place!

Linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, boogie boards, corn hole and bocce are just some of the many amenities that make this your luxury vacation home.

Less than 1 mile walk to Scarborough Beach with Hot & Cold Showers, 75 Picnic Tables (North & South), Large Paved Parking Lot, Concrete Boardwalk with Gazebos and Observation Tower, grassy play area, Lifeguard on duty 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(seasonally). This is one of Rhode Island’s most popular beaches.

Less than 5 minutes to grocery store, local restaurants, shopping and family activities. 4 miles from Narragansett Town Beach, 2.5 miles from Roger Wheeler Beach and 3 miles from the Block Island Ferry, this home is in the middle of it all!

Swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, miniature golf, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, bike path and roller blading, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and other summer activities nearby.

To get to Scarborough beach, you can either walk down Burnside Avenue (on the sidewalk) to the beach, or you can walk in the neighborhood, down Glendale Rd. to Greene Lane to a cut-through next to 24 Greene Lane and over to Angell Road and directly to Scarborough Beach. (about 1/2 mile).

Well equipped. Plenty of space for a large group. The large yard and walk to the beach were a plus. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach.

The house accommodated all our needs. It was walking distance to the beach. It had a beautiful backyard, a large deck, and a good sized grill. We were very pleased.

Very nice property that met our needs quite well. Lots of amenities, especially for the beach and back yard games. One issue with the corn hole game board which was broken when we took it out and they brought a brand new one the very next morning! Also the bocce ball set was not there when we arrived and we had it the very next day. Terrific service and communication!

This property is very family-friendly as it has numerous bedrooms. We were a family of 13 and it was perfect! The host was easy to contact, even letting us in a bit earlier than expected. The host offered numerous places to go and places to eat. We took him up on his advice a number of times and they worked out well. The beach nearby that you can drive to or walk to was beautiful! Not too crowded on the days we were there. The outdoor shed at the house was loaded with beach equipment- chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach buggies.It was wonderful to be able to utilize all the equipment. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was close (to drive) to many places. The neighborhood is super quiet and a great place to take walks around the streets. I would definitely stay here again.

I just wanted to prove some constructive feedback on the rental at 18 Kingston.I have been renting in the Scarborough Beach area for about 35 years and have use many of the rental agencies with this my first VRBO so I have high expectations for the quality of the house.The bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor space were adequate, but living room, dining room and kitchen were simply not acceptable. The living room and dining room furniture was dirty, soiled and stained. The kitchen was a bit beat up and the wood work around the island was dirty and sticky.As compared to many of my rentals over the years this was not worth the 9,700.Wishing you all the best.

Enjoyed our annual trip. 5 Adults, 6 kids ages 17 to 5. Nice, friendly, quiet neighborhood. Good for walking / biking with kids. Great location close to beach and Stop and Shop / stores. Nice fenced in yard for the kids to play in. Extra toys and beach supplies in the shed. Nice firepit and lots of chairs in the back yard. Ample space and bathrooms, including outdoor shower. Large deck for grilling and eating. Many chairs at the kitchen Island. Extra fridge downstairs. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning, and the older kids can walk back when they are ready to leave the beach early. If you like to sleep with extra pillows and blankets, bring some extra. The only thing that the 11 of us thought could be improved was to add two extra living room chairs for people to sit in while watching tv and socializing. We pulled over the dining room chairs so it was not a big deal. Would stay here again.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed house. It’s very well equipped and everything was in great condition. The 6 bedrooms are spacious and all had large TVs - we really appreciated all the beach equipment that was available. I’d definitely recommend this vacation house

Great house

We had a great time. The house was very clean. Rooms were nicely furnished. The shed contained everything we needed for time spent at the beach and around the really nice fire pit.

Beautiful property

Beautiful, new property a short distance from gorgeous beach. Our group had a lovely time and enjoyed ourselves in this great house that has lots of modern and high end finishes and is a quick bike ride or 10-15 min walk to the beach. Owner was easy to access and lovely with great advice to share about the area.

Narragansett Newbies

It was our first time vacationing in Narragansett RI. We are two families who have been vacationing together for the past ten summers. We loved the location of this property. We found ourselves close to everything; beaches, golf courses, restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back next summer. This property was perfect well maintained and everything was just as advertised.

Great Vacation Home!

We enjoyed staying at the house which was a good fit for us and our six adult children and spouses. The house was clean, in good condition in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated all the beach items in the shed. The Corn hole game, the fire pit and all the seating. Everything was perfect - They thought of everything!

Family reunion

Good location 20 minute walk to the beach. Adequate response from property manager, though felt chastised, when we asked for more pillows and towels. Property was clean , all appliances were in working order. Good home for a family reunion

We’ve rented in Narragansett before-

This stay was the best managed property we’ve stayed in so far in Narragansett. All things at the house were in working order. The house was incredibly clean. Gregg was prompt in responding and extremely helpful in helping us locate a property that would suit our large family and COVID pet. We found a path that connects the back of the neighborhood at Green Ln to Angell Rd that made it a super easy walk to chair 7 on Scarborough. I will definitely seek out properties managed by Gregg in the future.

Great vacation home!

We greatly enjoyed staying at the house with six bedrooms which was a good fit for our six adults and five children. The house was clean and in good condition. We appreciated the provided linens and towels and the beach items and games in the shed. We accessed the beach by walking, drop-off and parking. The fenced-in backyard was just right for yard games and s’mores at the portable fire pit. We definitely hoped to be back.

Nice house with six spacious bedrooms.

The house was perfect for my family with 6 spacious bedrooms. The opened living room, dining room and kitchen was a plus for my large family. The kids had a great time playing in the big backyard and the neighborhood and location was very good. If we had any little issues the property manager got back to me immediately and rectified it.Overall a great house to rent.

Quick Getwaway

Neat and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beaches and restaurants in the area. Day trip to Newport was especially enjoyable.

Great House

The house is extremely clean and spacious. Huge bedrooms. Open kitchen and living area. TVs in every room (great for rainy days). Fenced in yard was perfect. Only negative (nothing to do with house) is Scarborough Beach is a bit of a hike because of the neighborhood loop - but a quick drive. Unfortunately the beaches were closed due to bacteria (gross) but the house made up for it! Gregg was awesome and super responsive. House has everything you could possibly need. Clearly renovated with renters in mind and it was great.
