Welcome to Narragansett. This home has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a large and private outdoor deck and yard. Sleeps 12. Parking for 6 cars. Central Air Conditioning. Outdoor shower. TV in living room. Wireless internet and basic cable in all bedrooms plus living room. Fully stocked kitchen. New Washer/Dryer. Neighborhood is full of summer rentals. About 2000 feet from Scarborough State Beach. With children the walk is about 15 minutes. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, Kleenex and coffee.

Linens and bath towels are provided and linens are set up before arrival.

Please note check in is at 4pm and check out is at 9am. Any special checkin/out requests must be made at time of booking. Thank you.

Great place! Clean, well equipped and a very easy walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again. Kevin was friendly and very responsive.

Great house and property! House was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was ideal being so close to the beach and just a short distance to Newport. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Very clean, updated, and well-equipped. The host was very reasonable and quick-responding to every question we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were lots of nice extras (beach chairs, wagon and beach tent) that helped us not have to pack the car as full, Nespresso, Kuerig & ice machines, welcome basket & fresh flowers, etc. Really only some small things we’d recommend changing: add some extra towel hooks/ racks in the bathrooms, shelves or a rack in the shower for toiletries. Also a bit pricier than other houses in the area but is nicer as well. All in all though we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

Great vacation

Communication with the host was great and the property was exactly as listed. Walkable to the beach even with our toddlers! Nice quiet neighborhood. We all had an awesome time!

Amazing Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing vacation. Kevin was responsive to anything we needed and was super friendly. The house is beautiful, clean and was absolutely the perfect place for our family summer vacation. We are returning!!

Fun Family stay at the beach.

This six bedroom spacious house is located in a quiet yet lively neighborhood. There is room for yard games and the beach can easily be reached by walking. The area has little traffic making it safe to walk. Would definitely stay again with our three families and three generations.

Wonderful stay

Everything was as expected from pictures and communication from the owners was super prompt and helpful every step of the way. Great neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! The entire process was extremely easy. Already looking to book again!

Great family house

This house was everything we wanted. There was enough bedroom space and parking for everyone. It’s a little further from the beach than we were expecting and challenging with kids with little legs. Great experience overall.

Cozy and comfy beach house

This property was perfect for 10 adults and 2 kids. It is a short walk to Scarsborough beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The house has good furnishings for a large group and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The yard is nice with a deck and hammock. Highly recommend this property!

Family Vacay 2024 Narragansett

The house was very clean and in an excellent location, close to Scarborough Beach, Block Island Ferry, and Newport. The property and neighborhood were well-cared for. Kevin’s communications were timely. 5 Stars. My family loved this place

Spacious home so close to the beach

This was the perfect vacation home for us. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. The house was as described. The host was very responsive. We loved that the house was within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was very nice. It has a gift shop, snack shack, restrooms and showers. There is an ice cream truck that comes everyday around 4:30. That was very exciting for the kids. The grill was clean and ready for use. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans etc. There was also kcups available and some welcome snacks along with some mini tubes of sunscreen, conditioner, shampoo and lotions. We would be happy to stay her again.

We had 8 adults and two youngsters, and the house was great. Super location, walkable to a great beach. The host was very responsive: as an example I asked about beach toys for the kids, and the host went out and got a set without being asked. A really enjoyable stay!
