Sea La Vie Sandestin Beachfront Condo with Golf Cart and Pool Westwinds

"Sea La Vie" is the ultimate Gulf front condo in Sandestin Resort's premium Westwinds project. Includes a 6-seat golf cart and amazing lagoon pool!

The Beachfront living area has wrap around windows overlooking the Gulf and is furnished with a new sectional sofa, swivel chair and ottoman, and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats 4 with two additional seats at the kitchen island. There is supplementary outdoor balcony dining accommodations as well.

The ocean front master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second master with ocean views, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room, also with beach views, has a custom built twin over full bunk bed with a full size trundle bed (the bunkroom sleeps 5) with a large TV for movies and games. There are TVs in every room.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
