The layout was perfect, especially if traveling with others. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Perfect location for Crab Island. Host was great.

Awesome view and amenities. We enjoyed outdoor patios. There was plenty of space inside . Parking was close and plentiful. Easy to wash the skis down. The only improvement would be to be able to park skis in parking lot as well. However, there were alternate arrangement available . That was also pre disclosed. Boat slip was nice for boats or pontoons.

Thanks Reesa for the nice review., We are on your side about parking trailers and we have the room out front of course.. Its not us as you know, the Holiday Isle Hoa does not allow trailers of any kind nor RVs on the island and they monitor that. Brad and Lisa

Location! Location! Location!! Perfect location if you are bringing a boat, which we did. We had 5 adults and this townhouse provided us the space each person/couple needed. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Highly recommend! We had a blast and we cant wait to return! Amazing hosts also!!! Just a note: I don't recommend for elderly people or babies as the stairs are steep to get up to the kitchen.

Such an amazing stay. So convenient with the boat slip! Great communication from Brad, always available to answer any questions I had! Will definitely be returning.

Perfect Harbor Stay

Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place.

Harbor side Heaven

Rented property for gathering of family. Excellent location close in with family in Ild Destin. Really enjoyed the multilevel decks and fishing and bird watching from docks. Goo location for the younger ones to paddle board and bike. Owner was very accommodating.

Great house overall. There was plenty of space for our group. We brought 2 boats and it was so convenient to have them right out the back door. The parking was enough for our 3 trucks. The house was well stocked and clean. Location was close to shops and food. The host was very attentive and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION to access Crab Island and local restaurants.

Brad was an EXCELLENT host. Easy to communicate with, and any questions/concerns were answered asap. I would highly recommend. Location is close to Crab Island and lots a great restaurants to go by via boat. Incredibly convenient!!

Great location

Brad was very accommodating, great on communication and very helpful. Great house and great space. Beaches in both directions and having the dock was a game changer. We brought our own boat but you can rent a boat to keep there as well. It opened up so much of Destin that most don’t get to see.Highly recommend this property

This place was great. We enjoyed are stay. We are a fishing family. We enjoyed fighting of the dock. My husband now has a story of the one that got away... i would suggest labeling the light switches. There is a lot of light switches.. But a great please..

Awesome, amazing property!!

The host was great, very understanding, very accommodating & great pricing. I saw the place online and I liked it. When I saw it in person I loved it. This place exceeded my expectations. You just have to experience it to understand.

All encompassing

Water, boat slips, lotsa room! It can accommodate three couple and each can have some privacy, it worked out great! Had a couple questions and Brad answered them right away.

Host was great. Checkin was smooth. House was dated and could have been cleaner. Dust build up in corners and vents, walls in bathroom were dirty, popped balloons under one of the foot stools in the open room downstairs. Refrigerator down stairs smelled heavy of fish. Location was awesome!

Nice Waterfront Townhouse

The overall stay was excellent, Brad the host is very nice and prompt to make sure everything is ok. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars on cleanliness is only due to side yard. Pets are welcome which is great, but is was about the only place to walk dogs and it was pretty overgrown. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay again.
