If you are searching for a place to relax as a small family or two couples, then look no further! This is the perfect place for a beach retreat. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico while the children play in the expansive green space right outside the unit. The two-story pool area is unlike any other, equipped with a tiki bar and a waterfall.

Guests will enter the unit into a small entryway that leads into the kitchen area and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen leads to a small area with the washer and dryer in the closet.

The kitchen overlooks the living room with fantastic views of the Gulf. With new furniture that aids in the beautiful beach life. There is a dining area with seating for 6 along with three bar stools. Adjacent to the dining area is a couch and loveseat that surround a flat screen TV.

Down the hall from the kitchen are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit. The first bedroom contains two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the Master bedroom with a King bed and Gulf Views. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

For a family who wants to be steps from the beach with amenities galore, this is the place for you! The Edgewater complex has a huge pool area with a spa, two pools and a tiki bar. There is also a playground area, basketball court and plenty of green space to run around. Located in walking distance to restaurants and the Silver Sands shopping area, this is the ideal location complete with multiple amenities for the ideal beach getaway.

It was a great property. Great location! Great condo! We plan to only use this property for our future trips (if it is available). I do have a few suggestions that would have made it more excellent... 1. Better instructions regarding arrival and how to find the condo once you park. It was very confusing. We called and they assisted us right away. 2. Have some board and or yard games for families. That would just be a nice touch. 3. Maybe have a few throw blankets available for when you're on the couch watching movies. 4. Have clear instructions regarding beach service. 5. Provide at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 6. Have non-stick pans in the kitchen. 7. Have food storage containers available (like tupperware). Again... This was an excellent property, and I would suggest it to everyone!

Wish we would have known!!

Great location. Honestly that sells this place. I do t want this to be a negative post but I REALLY wish we would have known more so I’ll let others know! This unit has zero beach chairs or anything to use at beach. I’ve never stayed at a condo that didn’t have atleast a few fold up beach chairs. So if you want to spend 57 a day for two chairs and umbrella then you have to go out and buy beach chairs which we did for our whole family. That was a big let down. You can only put tents up down the beach a ways. Not on your property you are staying. We would have had to pay 685 for four chairs and we have five people for the week. So expensive. The master bed is SO HARD. I have never slept on a harder bed before. It hurts your body. The house also does not come stocked with anything other than a couple dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. Also about half teaspoon of salt and pepper. They have no extra bedding or blankets. Just a couple extra bath towels. Other than that you need to bring…-Toilet paper (they only provided what’s on the roll when you get there) -Hand soap - salt and pepper /cooking oil/ any spices- ziplock bags of any kind- coffee filters-paper towels (they have one roll)Basically you get the condo close to beach! We vacation in Florida every year and I’ve never come across a condo lacking in so much. But I have also never stayed first floor so close to beach. It’s a toss up if I would do it again. Honestly the bed would be the deal breaker for me.

Wonderful stay

Condo is very nice. Easy walk out and steps away from ocean and pools. Shopping close buy with a grocery just across the main road.

Great Location

Our stay was so wonderful and relaxing! It was a prime location with only steps to the beach and pool. You literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. Having a private beach was so nice with less crowds and the Edgewater staff was wonderful with the umbrella and chair rentals. The condo is in a nice location where you can walk to a lot and not a lot of traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time here. The ground floor with room to play outside and close proximity to the pool and beach was a big plus with two littles. We found one cockroach the first night. Smashed it and had no others, so no big deal. Our biggest issue was not seeing anything on the original listing (before booking) that we were not allowed to bring our own beach umbrellas/tents. We had packed A LOT of shade devices for our small children that weren’t allowed at the beach. That was a big deal for us.

Perfect place to stay. Clean and roomy. Drank my coffee from the porch looking out into the Gulf of Mexico every morning. Convenient to restaurants, etc. We highly recommend!

first floor straight out to the beach was the BEST!! Everything was clean and just like the pictures. 2 adults and a 3 year old baby and it was perfect. Will be coming back to this specific unit!

What an amazing condo! The place was almost as clean as our home! The condo, obviously recently renovated was amazing. Only recommendation, guest/ front bedroom, perfect harmonic balance/buzz wit what I guess to be the upstairs AC? This caused a buzz/reverberation in that room.

Family Vacation with Ease

The condo was perfect for our needs. We loved the walkout patio and large grass area for the kids to play and toss football. The complex is very family friendly. We were just steps from the boardwalk with super easy beach access. The pools were only a very short walk as well. The gulf view from the unit is beautiful. The only area which could be upgraded is the king size mattress. (Too firm). We had a perfect stay in this wonderful family friendly condo. .
