We couldnt be happier in our choice staying at this property for our Spring Break trip. The patio view is perfect, great evening sun for when you have to get some work done while away and still want that sun! We will definitely stay at another property of this host in the future!

We loved our stay in this beautiful beachfront condo! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with all essentials. The landscaped grounds are gorgeous with waterfalls and a heated resort style pool. The parking garage and on-site snack shack were also convenient. Best of all, the gorgeous white sands of Miramar beach are just steps away!

Host was fine. The view was GREAT!! The unit was updated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The property is outstanding and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay. Views of the pool and beach. Very secure resort and clean. Wish beach chair service was included but they did have chairs in the room for us to use. Will be coming back next summer.

We will be back!

We loved our trip to Westwinds and will be booking for next year! Heated pool, close to the beach, and shuttle takes you wherever you need to go. Property was clean and very quiet.

Beautiful Sandestin Unit

Renting was easy. Quick response from property manager when booking and excellent communication of all pertinent information for our stay. The unit was beautiful and had easy access to the pool and beach. Would love to book it again for a future stay.

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay despite poor weather. The condo was perfect for a family of 5! We had everything we needed in the condo. The pool was heated and comfortable for the kids even in cooler weather. We will be back!

Just as described

The condo was as described. When we arrived, the smoke alarm needed a battery and management was very prompt to replace the battery. That was the only time I had to contact them that week. The cleaning company kept the resort very clean. We had a great stay and would consider this place again.

Our stay was just alright

The unit was average. Nothing was awful, but it wasn’t great either. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had to re-wash every dish we used as everything was dirty coming out of the dishwasher. There was constant construction noise all day long.

Hi Tom, I appreciate the feedback. The mattress are brand new and we bought the ones that most people would find comfortable. This condo is constantly updated and we just got new window treatments as well. October is a great time to come, the weather is not too hot, the Gulf is nice and the rates are the lowest because it is the off season, but it is also the time most owners do their remodeling.
