Turkey Creek is a tributary that extends off of the Indian River lagoon. Steps away, there is access to many miles of walking/jogging and biking trails. Easily access the creek with a kayak/canoe or SUP for sightseeing and exploring. Downtown Melbourne is 10 min away and only 14 min to Indialantic boardwalk. Friendly neighborhood that is safe and quiet. Utilities & lawn care included.

Nice place to stay.

Convenient location to lots of places. Good size house to stay at with several things to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Kitchen!

The open concept and well stocked kitchen made our family Christmas so memorable! We thoroughly enjoyed this home and our hostess was so accommodating and included so many items, from bathroom toiletries to kitchen spices. Really hated to leave! Thank you so much!

Communication was not good with the owner and the house has a stuffy smell and needs an overall cleaning. Looks clean but the walls and furniture has an oder(stuffy smell)

Don’t overlook the patio

My son and I had to travel to Palm Bay after my sister died to help her son with arrangements. We stayed at this charming house for a week. The location is excellent, easy to find and close to Dixie Highway and the beaches. I spent much of the time on the patio which was shaded almost all day and had a wonderful breeze in the afternoon. Among the amenities are Turkey Creek Sanctuary (with a fantastic boardwalk through ancient sand dunes along Turkey Creek), Veterans Park within walking distance and our favorite The Shack at the River with seafood and riverside outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for everything, Candace

Port Malabar

The house was very clean, although the exterior grounds could use some care. No comfortable chair or lights in the living room. Having a bad back and knee replacement, I had to move a dining room chair to the living room. Contact with Candace was easy and pleasurable. Easy access to everything

Nice place to stay

We used this for the Christmas holiday to visit with my son at FIT and it was perfect. Nice and quiet, and very clean. Everything we needed was there♥️

Great place to stay

Though there was no hot water the house was very clean and air conditioned. There were enough supplies in the house to make us feel almost at home.. Would book again if visiting this area.

JUST RIGHT!!

Handled perfectly all the way. We had no issues, although my husband has trouble sleeping in a bed after recent knee replacement surgery. He has to fashion sleep comfort out of chairs and pillows. A recliner chair would have helped a lot..no fault of the homeowner's. I would be hard pressed to think of anything else to make our stay better. We will happily book here again in the future. Thanks for a clean, well stocked home.

Good stay.

This property was perfect for our stay. My husband and two teenage children had plenty of room. Although the accommodations are not fancy everything we need was there and it was very clean. Candace responded promptly to any questions I had. We chose this place because it was close to family. It was perfect. Thank you.

Family Visit

Family-business trip

I needed to handle some family business in the area. This house was conveniently located for all of that. It was also a comfort at the end of some long days. It was nice to unwind with a glass of wine in the backyard.

Great location, minor inconveniences

Place was great. Walking distance to the Turkey Creek Sanctuary, which was a great place to hike around and see some local wildlife. Close enough to town to bike there, and off the main drag so traffic wasn't a big issue. Owner was great about suggestions for biking as well, which was a real plus! Place had a second living room which was great for stretching and light workouts. Kitchen had enough of the essentials for us to cook every night, including a smoothie blender! Had two issues: * Passcode didn't work when we arrived and had to contact the owner. They were very responsive tho and we got in really quickly after that. * Floor was dusty, like with a light sand. Looks like cleaning had been done and everyone had worn shoes. Seemed to be a mistake on the side of cleaners, so I wouldn't expect it to recur.
