Everything you are looking for in a beach vacation on the SC coast can be found at this charming two-bedroom villa located in Wild Dunes Resort. The Seagrove Villas is a wonderful community of well-maintained condos surrounded by lush greenery, neighborhood pool, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Within the Resort, it's all about location and this unit is ideally situated within walking distance of the popular Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, and many Wild Dunes shops and restaurants.

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the modern design with an open floorplan and spacious rooms. The living room is tastefully decorated with simple, elegant furnishings and neutral accents that complement the natural light from the porch windows. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book or gathering around to enjoy the flat-screen TV. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the nearby ocean. The dining area, with comfortable seating for five guests, is only steps away from the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Also located on the first floor (or main level) is the guest bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Up the stairs on the second floor of the unit, you'll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #1), which features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and incredible ocean views.

Cute place-great location

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. It was an unusually cold weekend unfortunately but we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. The condo is older but well kept. The heat worked well it’s a great location too. Would love to stay here again in the warmer months!

Overall great experience

The condo and complex had everything we needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent with the proximity to the beach and the Wild Dunes amenities. The unit seemed to be relatively well maintained, although there were some minor issues with the plumbing and electrical outlets as well as the keypad to enter the unit. I would stay here again.

Amazing townhouse!

Amazing time had by all. The townhouse is just as described and has everything you could need. It’s a home away from home. The views from the deck are amazing for your morning coffee and watching dolphins swim by! Such a relaxing place. The proximity to downtown Charleston is perfect so you get the best of both worlds. The check in and check out process was so easy everything was just perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we cant wait to return!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property is at a great location. The beach was never too crowded and it was close to the Wild Dunes restaurants. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Everything was clean, steps to the ocean, and we had what we needed. This condo is not for handicap or elderly, but it worked great for us.

The only issue I had was the master bath.

The master bathroom. While showering the water wouldn't drain. Even after showering. It took a few minutes to completely drain. The sink had the same problem... The contact number was called to make known of the issue. We received a recording saying the office was closed. Although this cause an inconvenience. Having to go downstairs to take a shower. I feel this was uncalled for. The person who clean the room should've reported this so it could be fix prior to our arrival. It's my hope to hear from your company soon.

Great place to stay!

This unit was in a great location and very comfortable. It has a back stairs access to the beach and pool which was nice for chairs/umbrellas that didn’t have to be brought into the unit. There is a beach bar, grill, ice cream shop, beach store, and golf shop two units over. The bike rentals is in walking distance of the unit as well. Great find and will stay here again!

Great getaway

Property was exactly as described. Great location just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed the on-site swimming pool as well. We would love to return again next year.

Exactly as advertised

The condo is everything you see in the pictures and as described. We were very satisfied & would return in a heartbeat. The pool is a 15 second walk and the beach is 45 seconds. The condo is very clean, has everything you will need (less beach stuff which is normal all junk at other VRBO’s), and the location is perfect.

Beach Vacation

The property was very clean and convenient to pool and beach. The condo had a well stocked kitchen as well as bathrooms. Would have been great to have a few beach towels to use. Overall great stay and enjoyed our visit!

Great location, a nice place overall, but the reason I am not extremely happy is because the first night I found a stain and hear in my bed sheets and needed to change them before we went to bed (thank god they had some extra sheets)and also the TV-s in both bedrooms didn't work. Other than this everything was fine.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit with a family of five. It was perfect. Views from the windows are great. Furniture and lay out is "just right!" Wonderful location to the beach and to Wild Dunes resort. We enjoyed walks and bike rides on the beach as well as walks around the Wild Dunes resort.

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. The photos were accurate and the description was spot on. The location was ideal for beach access and we were very appreciative of the dedicated parking spot. The views from the deck and master bedroom left little to be desired and we LOVED waking to the sounds of the ocean. The island was charming and the local eateries were fun and welcoming. We had a great stay at this condo and if ever we come back to Isle of Palms - we would certainly book it again. On a private note: The master bath backs up when showering. It did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay. We just started showering in the downstairs bath. Just wanted you to know in the event you want to get someone up there before the next quest. Also - Your Airbnb did not provide a lot of what most Airbnb's provide across the country. We've stayed in countless Airbnb's and VRBO's. They all provide paper products, such as paper towels, plates, napkins, plenty of toilet paper, etc. Cleaning supplies such as dish detergent or had soap has never been something we've had to buy on vacation. Things like beach towels, beach toys - bicycles - beach chairs - have all been things available for use. It felt like the management company was trying to cut costs by asking the guests to provide these items. That might be an option for the locals looking for a staycation - but when arriving via air - all those things require a shopping trip. Comparatively, other short term rentals feel more inviting in that regard.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great (very short walk to beach), we had a view of the ocean, the property was designed well, clean and had everything we needed. Be prepared to only have one extra trash bag, enough dishwasher and laundry detergent for one load. You have to pay extra for more. The condo is also 3 floors up (provides a great view, but for someone who has difficulty walking up stairs, keep that in mind). There aren't any beach chairs at the property so we rented from the company suggested by Sweetgrass. Plan ahead when you rent them because it took over 2 hours for them to be delivered and one of the chairs was broken! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!
