Communication was great. No crazy last day items upon checkout. Straightforward instructions for pool and other amenities at property. Having some beach chairs and umbrella was fantastic! Overall great stay

The home was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed there. We had such a great time fishing off the dock, swimming, and the location was convenient to everything.

This property has a great location in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal with amazing sunrise views. We loved all of the space for our family and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive before during and after our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway close to activities and many amazing restaurants!

Wonderful stay! Very clean property with a great location to a small beach, went there most nights for the ice cream truck! Tom was very responsive for any questions or needs. House had everything we could need! The 3 bathrooms were a nice perk!

The house was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean -- important things in a VRBO property! I'd highly recommend it just for that, but I really enjoyed staying in Cape Coral! Great restaurants, great location for the activities I wanted to do. And there is a burrowing owl next door!

Great place to stay

The house was nice and everything was clean. The pool is awesome and having the dock to sit and fish on was a lot of fun.

Winter break escape

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The location was great, very convenient to lots of restaurants and other activities we wanted to do. We loved being on the canal and the heated pool was great! Owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

NICE, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

The place is very clean and spacious, also in a very good location. We enjoyed exploring the area and beaches, and also swimming and hanging out around the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Wonderful place for 3 couples/families. Quiet neighborhood and good access to baseball games. Very clean with great linens and towels. Great pool and sitting area out back to relax.

Perfect for our group

Clean, furnished with everything we needed. Nice new dock enabled plenty of fishing. Walking distance to boat house restaurant was a bonus.

Property was very nice and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean. I had all things that you could possibly need while staying. Pool needs a little updating as it's liner is coming apart and there was some debris (pebbles from liner) on the bottom of the pool, but certainly was usable and we very much still enjoyed the pool. Master bedroom was located next to the pump system for the pool and ran all day and night, so if a light sleeper, it may be a room to use ss an extra. Communication with owner was excellent as well as the management company. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family. Neighborhood was very quiet and it was accessible to many different restaurants and the beach.

Relaxing walk down memory lane

We lived in the Cape for 17 years and wanted to visit, this house was perfectly situated for the week. We had everything we needed and more, we literally felt at home. The memories made at a reasonable price were so special. We’ll definitely be back to visit again, we feel like we have found our place to stay

amazing and clean property!

we came here for a girls weekend getaway and this property did NOT disappoint! between the cleanliness, response of owners, location, and the pool we cannot say enough good things! we will definitely be back in the future.

MINI VACATION/cleanup

Even though we were there only to clean up the house from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the pool and even got to see the dolphins in the canal. I will definately stay there again. The house was in a great location.
