The host was very responsive. Check-in and out was very easy. The house is a older house. It is in a great location. Place was clean and served and a place to rest our heads.

Great property that really is *very* close to downtown. Very clean, 4 bedroom (each with its own queensize bed) with well-equipped kitchen. The host checked in with us each day of our stay. We visited the Falls - an easy walk or drive. And spent a day at Niagara-on-the-Lake, a very straightforward and scenic 20ish minute drive.The house is older, but very clean. It is a great value for your buck!

This is a great family friendly place to stay that really is close to the falls. The walk to the falls was safe and only took about 20 minutes. The rental isn’t fancy, but provided us with everything we needed for the two nights we were there. We enjoyed our time there.

Older home but served our needs for our stay. Close to where we wanted to visit. Parking was appreciated. Only ding I would give is the picture quality on the TV went in and out regardless if streaming or antena. It was just the wife and I, this may have been more of an issue if we had kids.

We were not able to stay for more than 30 min. Very strong overpowering mold smell made my wife and I immediately nauseated. The kicker was opening the fridge and finding used moldy condiments. We had to choice but to immediately leave!

Hi Michael. I'm very sorry to hear that, and I'm also disappointed that you didn't contact me at the time so I could have had an opportunity to address the situation while you were there. In all the years I have been doing this, I have never experienced anything quite like what you've described, so I take your concerns seriously. I will investigate the odor further to better understand what may have caused it. I had previously been told that this type of odor can be typical in an older house, but I still want to look into the matter carefully.

Walking distance to Falls and Clifton Hills. Host was very communicative. Shower is a bit short, if you are a tall guy. But house is on a quiet street. Plenty of comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great.

Niagara stay

Had a wonderful stay and adventure thru Canada and Niagara Falls. Walk to all Niagara attractions, everything is there for a great stay.

This house was very clean and just a couple of minutes from the Falls, both casinos, and Clifton Hill. We enjoyed our stay very much!

If you are looking for a no frills cost effective place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls, this is the place. The property is older, but well taken care of. It has everything a family or group of friends could require. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils etc as is the bathroom. There is one bedroom down and two, up. One bathroom might prove a challenge for a larger group, but for our four it was fine. The house is within easy walking distance of the Clifton Hill activities and the Falls. We walked to the Falls several times including for the fireworks and lights. Victoria St, which is also nearby, has many restaurants and shops. The casinos are within walking distance, but a bit of a hike. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would return.

We had a great time during our stay. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group of four guys on a mini golf trip. The location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown. The house was clean and matched the description exactly. Our host was prompt in responding to any questions and was incredibly accommodating.
