New amenities in 2024, snack bar, splash pad, adult pool, bar. This professionally decorated, 27th floor unit has 12' ceilings and sleeps 12. Great ocean views! Newly painted, and renovated. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals comes with complete kitchen, stocked full & including a Keurig coffee maker. Three bedrooms each with private attached bath, and a 4'th full bath behind the kitchen so very convenient to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed which opens with French doors to the dining area, making it an ocean front view. Full bathroom attached with jacuzzi, walk in closet and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. The building is very family oriented with indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, water slide and Lazy River. During summer season, preference given to 4 or more nights.
Parking up to two cars $60/car one time fee. The unit was awesome. The facility overall was impressive. The only issue was the elevator wait during certain times was a little lengthy. Would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our two families of four to share. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and laid out such that my sister in law and I could both cook together without stepping on each other. Rare for a condo.Sadly, the jellyfish were plentiful and everyone but my niece got stung several times. That is outside of the condo hosts control, of course. Despite the jellyfish we had a wonderful time.Beautiful place, responsive hosts, memories made. We would stay again!

Awesome view from the condo

The weather was not favorable. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the weather. There is many other places to see and other things to do in the area.

Excellent vacation stay!

The condo is clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location - close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. We will be back.

Book club getaway.

It was a beautiful condo in a great location. We had four ladies staying together and it was great to each have our own bathroom!

The Views Are Awesome!

Overall great condo! Owners may want to check on cleaning staff. Many towels, hand towels, rags were stained with something black.

Oasis

Perfect condo with comfortable furniture and a large living room to watch football during the off-season. The pools were closed for renovation but the new full bar and huge grill area were great to hangout.

Clean, Spacious Unit with Awesome View

Overall, our stay was fantastic. I know how hard it can be to make sure there’s no sand left behind in a beach condo but the housekeeper deserves some credit because there was none! Plenty of towels and basic cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our time and the amenities. My only semi complaint is not relevant to the condo itself, but the inside pool was murky and had floaters everywhere. Wish they kept it a little cleaner. Outside pools were fantastic. Not peak busy season in mid April, so we didn’t run into any issues with crowds or the elevators. Fantastic place to stay and the host was extremely responsive when i had questions. Highly recommend.

Washing machine

Everything was good except for the washer and dryer. They need to be replaced. The washing machine only does a half load and takes up to 2 hours a full load won’t spin out. Dryer takes 2 cycles to dry towels. When there is 9 you can’t keep up with shower towels and beach towels unless come back up to the room several times a day. Other laundry is out of the question! We have been coming to gulf shores over 35 years and this was the worse washer and dryer we’ve ever had in our condo.

Excellent!

Great location, very inviting and big space, loved the views. The entire property felt very safe and was well maintained from the parking garage, elevators, pool areas, and the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful place!

The condo was lovely. Very roomy. Beds were comfy! The host was responsive and even took the time to listen to an issue I had and offer a solution for the future people staying there! I would definitely stay again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was first rate, with the exceptions of long elevator waits and overcrowded beaches. The condo itself was terrific.

Great stay with a fantastic view — just needs a washer/dryer upgrade

We had a great experience overall! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was absolutely stunning — we loved waking up to it every morning. The space was comfortable for our group of 12, and everything inside the condo was exactly as described, if not better.The only downside worth mentioning is the washer and dryer. With a group of our size, we packed light expecting to do laundry throughout the trip, but unfortunately, the washer didn’t clean well and the dryer took a very long time (if it dried at all). We’d recommend that the owner consider replacing them to better accommodate larger groups.As for the building facilities, we were pleasantly surprised. Some reviews mentioned long waits for the elevators, but in our experience, it wasn’t bad at all — even during peak times like 8–10am and 4–7pm, the most we ever waited was about five minutes.All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo — especially if the laundry setup gets an upgrade!
