New amenities in 2024, snack bar, splash pad, adult pool, bar. This professionally decorated, 27th floor unit has 12' ceilings and sleeps 12. Great ocean views! Newly painted, and renovated. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals comes with complete kitchen, stocked full & including a Keurig coffee maker. Three bedrooms each with private attached bath, and a 4'th full bath behind the kitchen so very convenient to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed which opens with French doors to the dining area, making it an ocean front view. Full bathroom attached with jacuzzi, walk in closet and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. The building is very family oriented with indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, water slide and Lazy River. During summer season, preference given to 4 or more nights.
Parking up to two cars $60/car one time fee. The Views Are Awesome!

Overall great condo! Owners may want to check on cleaning staff. Many towels, hand towels, rags were stained with something black.

Excellent vacation stay!

The condo is clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location - close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. We will be back.

Oasis

Perfect condo with comfortable furniture and a large living room to watch football during the off-season. The pools were closed for renovation but the new full bar and huge grill area were great to hangout.

Family Vacay

Loved the location. Our place was great . Nice size. Well equipped. The pool and beach were great. Will definitely stay there again. The elevators can be challenging when it was busy on the weekends but other than that it was all great.

Wonderful stay might like an ice maker. Ran out Of ice. The elevators were the worst part of the whole stay. Too crowded and slow. Need more elevators.

Great location, very inviting and big space, loved the views. The entire property felt very safe and was well maintained from the parking garage, elevators, pool areas, and the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Views

Will return!! Our stay was better then expected! The condo was clean and had all the necessary kitchen items needed to prepare meals. Beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Only negative comments would be the indoor pool being closed for cleaning and re-plastering during a portion of our stay. Weather conditions wasn’t the best during our stay, red flags were up during the entirely of our our stay due to high winds. The building lost electricity the morning we were packing to leave which made it a little difficult. However, overall the condo was above average and family was very happy with our choice. We definitely made a good decision on this property.

Beautiful place!

The condo was lovely. Very roomy. Beds were comfy! The host was responsive and even took the time to listen to an issue I had and offer a solution for the future people staying there! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay!

We went during October, and this condo was wonderful! We loved the huge windows to view the beach while inside. The condo had wonderful amenities like the indoor pool for cooler days and the outdoor pool and waterslide when it was warm enough (pools outside are not heated). There were a lot of kitchen items for when we wanted to cook. I loved the layout and style of this condo...very cute and comfortable! The only downsides were things that are not huge issues for me or my family, but I wanted to mention them. The towels were very basic and not the most comfortable to use. Some of the mattresses were very firm, but this was not a problem for our kids to sleep on. The balconies do not offer any privacy because of the way the building is built (you can see over to lots of other balconies on each side). Many of the reviews describe how crowded this place can be in the summer and how long it takes for the elevator. We did not experience this in October, but there are 32 floors to the building. I could imagine that sharing the elevators and amenities with that many floors of people would be difficult in the summer. But for our October trip it was amazing!

Great time

Beautiful property with perfect location for our family of 7. The amenities on site were perfect and saved us a lot of money to have so much to do on site without leaving to find entertainment. Beaches were clean and family friendly. Beautiful views and property is exactly as described and pictured. Elevators were a little bit of a pain but they provide shopping carts and luggage carts to bring your things up/down. Our kids range in age from 20 months to 13 and everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed at West II

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was first rate, with the exceptions of long elevator waits and overcrowded beaches. The condo itself was terrific.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the beds in the guest rooms were not comfortable. The mattress and pillows need to be upgraded.

Family Spring Break

Plenty of space, very close to the beach, it was a bit chilly for the outdoor pools, but the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice--the hot tubs were almost always occupied, so it was tough to get a spot in them. Elevators had some periods that were tougher to get ahold of one, but overall not bad (we were on the 27th floor). Would visit again.

Enjoyed until….

This condo is beautiful and spacious. It offers convenient beach access and comfortable accommodations, other than minimal kitchen supplies (as mentioned in other reviews). Despite my best efforts to take care of the property, the owner accused me of taking a bed sheet and charged me an extra $50.

Nice place

This is a nice rental. We enjoyed our stay, the property was nice and had nice amenities. Check in was easy, no issues at all The unit itself is somewhat dated and cheaply appointed. Bare minimum on kitchen utensils and dishes, etc. The refrigerator was small and damaged. The furniture in the living area was cheap and uncomfortable. No recliner, stain on the couch and drapes. Overall I would stay again, but it wasn’t as nice as I was expecting
