The Oasis of Orange Beach, formally named Phoenix West II Unit 2213 -
Enjoy the 2,275 sq foot condo 4 bedroom 4 bath.

This unit is located on the 22nd floor.
Master Bedroom - King size bed
2nd Bedroom - King size bed
3rd Bedroom - 2 Queen size beds
4th Bedroom - Area is not enclosed. This area is a separate area in Condo that has twin bunk beds.

Also there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms have cable and Smart flatscreen TVs.

This unit faces north with glorious views of the national park and limited views of the ocean and beach, as seen in pictures.

The Oasis of Orange Beach makes sure your stay is enjoyable. During the off season the main floor is set up for a large assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books. They also set up events such as movie nights, devotions, and many more events to keep the guest entertained.

Other attractions to enjoy onsite - the beach, large indoor heated pool, fitness room, sauna, your choice of 6 hot tubs, putting green, adult pool, bar & grill, self grilling area, pickleball, and tennis courts, bar and grill, adults only pool, live music (during scheduled times) and more!!

Within walking distance of the state park trails, various restaurants and shopping.

Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, high chair, Pack and Play, kids toy box and toys, PlayStation 4 with games, Approx 50 DVDs, and various card and board games.

Parking: When you arrive please stop at the front desk on the 2nd floor to purchase your parking pass. It is a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes. We do have overflow parking which is typically used for the 3rd vehicle, however space is still limited. Should you wish to bring an extra vehicle, then you will have to find a public parking spot off-site to park at your own risk.

Security and staff onsite. Management and Maintenance company local and on call 24/7 to assist as needed.

Dust balls everywhere!

The cleaning crew in this condo does a poor job. They barely surface dust the tops of items. The top of the headboards on the beds, the fans, levour doors, baseboards, cabinets all had a years worth of dust on them. The children coughed all week and I sneezed all the way home. I felt nasty. It had everything one would need and was nice but nasty. When I got home I was ready to shower. It wasn’t the safest place to stay for me with lung cancer.

The VERY BEST Condo hands down!!

With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths there was room for everyone! And for the first time EVER every bed was so comfortable everyone got a good nights sleep! The decor was beautiful and everything was clean… we will definitely be back next vacation… we were supposed to go to Anna Marie but Hurricane Helene changed that. At the last minute we found this condo and couldn’t be happier…. Orange beach has became our all time favorite!!

Beach Trip 2024

Every year our family meets for a beach vacation. This was our first stay at Oasis . The condo was beautiful! The children throughly enjoyed the lazy river. We plan on returning next year. Our stay was awesome!

Great. Getaway

Very nice condo. Very spacious and in good order. Lots of amenities at the complex. Enjoyed the slide and lazy river. Staff was very nice and took care of things. Elevators can get backed up at peak times but not bad otherwise.

Lovely and spacious

The unit we stayed in was great for our big family. We really enjoyed the accommodations and all of the resort amenities. The elevators can be tough to use at times, but otherwise we enjoyed everything!

Awesome!

I had work in Mobile and we decided to make it a family vacation (Grown kids and grandkids). We LOVED the property and the owner was so easy to communicate with! Great Job Rich! There was so much for the grands to do that they never said they were board!! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the amenities were perfect! We are looking into my next year's conference and are definitely going to book here again!!

Summer vacation

My family absolutely loved our stay in this unit! It’s beautiful, just as described. Rich, the owner is very easy to work with and quick to respond to messages.Both the unit and the resort are amazing. There’s so much to do there and close to a lot of attractions. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! Kitchen is fully stocked and there is an array of games and dvds for rainy days. Love the addition of the new adult pool on site! Owner is easy to work with and replies quickly. Thank you Rich!

Perfect Vacation

The weather was the only thing that wasn't perfect, but what can you do? The property was gorgeous, the view was magnificent, the condo owner is amazing with communication and making sure everything was exactly what we had expected. I would say it far exceeded our expectations. A lot of people complained about the elevators but it is to be expected with just one central elevator bank. I appreciate the care put into this place and plan on going back!!

Amazing condo

This is a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for the eight of us. Nice furnishings to give it that home away from home feel. Great Property and Manager is excellent

This property is exactly how it is described. The property manager is wonderful and excellent in communications. The property manager had a ton of information that was sent on other options to help our stay be at ease (party planners, grocery delivery, baby equipment rental, etc). I would recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Orange Beach.

Everything great

Everything was great. Pools, lazy River, water slide, b-ball, p-ball, beach, tenia court, grills, gym, jacuzzis, property, people who works here, everything, everyone. For sure, it’s worth to come back.

Wonderful Suprise!

We love Phoenix West II condos. We've styaed there multiple times. This is the first time though that we've stayed in a condo on the bayside. We didn't know what to expect but it was a wonderful surprise. This condo was amazing. It has great size and space. Wonderful furnishings. Great views. The owner was an amazing gentleman who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time. This is a must stay condo!

Great property and beach

Was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and in working order. The proximity to the beach and the amenities were great for our kiddos. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops, less than 1 mile. (have to cross busy road, but there are crosswalks)

Comfortable and clean plus responsive!

The condo is great. Comfy beds, clean everything. Owner was incredibly responsive and checked I. To make sure we had everything we needed. He even sent a handyman over when we discovered one of the pocket doors didn't completely close. Views from the lanai are spectacular even though it's on the backside of the building as there is nothing blocking the view. There is also some view of the ocean from the side as well. Only downside of this condo is the incredible hugeness of this building and the wait times for the elevators. Don't try and use elevators during peak time or you'll be waiting forever. I highly recommend this condo and will be booking it again.

Room for plenty

The condo was big enough for all 11 of us to have a bed which was nice. It offered all the necessities we needed, even came with a pack and play and high chair for my daughter. We were not aware that everyone would have to wear wristbands and the parking was a little complicated as you are only allowed to 2 parking spots (in which you have to pay $45/ea for, not included in your rental price). The floors in the condo were not the cleanest, the toilet paper is super cheap, and the beds all squeak pretty bad with any slight movement. Communication with the host was thorough and easy. The lazy river and beach access is perfect for kiddos. Elevator wait can be a little long and hectic on the weekends. Decent place to stay but is lacking a little love in some places.

Hello! My name is Rich. I am from a little town called Ohatchee, Alabama. Going on 23 years now, I have worked for an Automotive company. I am currently a Delivery Lead. I enjoy renovation projects, shooting guns, and fishing. I am married with 3 kiddo's. I purchased my condo in November of 2018. The first 10 months I used a management company but now have decided to try it myself. I think I can offer more reasonable rates to my customers and still maintain the profit needed to keep it looking nice. Feel free to ask me specific questions about my Condo.

I looked at several properties down the Gulf Coast. The Oasis of Orange Beach had two "wow" factors that I really liked. As soon as you walk into the lobby you see how large, well maintained, and nice the condo is. From all the additional seating areas for events to even the grand piano sitting in the middle told me that they spared no expense in maintaining an upscale place for people to stay. The next thing that stood out was the large indoor pool. I personally like going on the off season so this was something that appealed to me. Out of all the other Condo's I looked at, this indoor pool was by far the largest.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I have spent a lot of time trying to make sure the guests have the best home away from home experience that they can. You will find the interior has been decorated to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked. I check the pots, pans, dishes each time I go down (two times a year) and replace any worn or stained, chipped items. The balcony view faces north so you can see miles of the national forest, parts of the canal and even the beach and ocean from the side. There are so many amenities at The Oasis of Orange Beach. There is never a dull moment. I am always open to suggestions for decor and improvements that I can make. Please don't hold back and send me an email.
