This property is simply amazing. Has a great Florida feel. The pool is clean and refreshing and only a short walk to the beach and the fabulous ocean. Our host Greg was very accommodating and very attentive. He responded quickly with any questions not that we had a lot. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here in the future. My son and I were looking for a place to relax for about a week. We wanted a quiet neighborhood, a pool and something close to the beach, walking distance. Pelican Pad met our “ Strict” requirements, Lol. After arriving the first thing you notice is how clean and comfortable the house is. Everything is very well taken care of and our duties to clean, take care of the trash and laundry were super easy because of the placement of everything. Our host Greg went out of his way making Pelican Pad an easy use property. Greg’s very tasteful seaside decor throughout the whole house makes you feel like he brought the beach inside. The house is a 10, the pool is a 10, the beach is a 10. Pelican Pad could easily entertain a larger family or group - but it didn’t need to, it just had to keep my son and I relaxed for a week, mission accomplished. Our host Greg was easy to get a hold of and made sure all of our needs were met. We will be back, Till then “Hang ten” and enjoy! Thomas
