Newly renovated spacious 4BR home with pool & game room, 800m from the Beach
Spacious home which comfortably accommodates 10 guests (maximum)! Enjoy our backyard oasis with solar heated pool and outdoor shower, just off of the Game Room with foosball, pool, and air hockey for the ‘kids.’ Bikes are provided for a quick ride to beautiful beaches for sunrise, or the Melbourne Beach Pier for sunsets. All beach chairs, toys, towels and beach carts are provided for your convenience. 70 miles from Disney World or less than an hour drive to Cape Canaveral for quick day trip ideas! NEWLY RENOVATED IN Fall 2024! Kitchen, Florida Room w/ Bar, and all exterior hardscaping completed in December 2024.
Property Details: All 4 bedrooms are located on the south side of the house along with the guest bathroom. The main living room and dining area (with coffee bar) are in the center of the house with large sliding doors to the enclosed Florida room (which includes a bar, football, air hockey and mini pool table). The open concept kitchen is brand new as of December 2024, and has a service door directly to the bar in the Florida room. There is a second living area with a sofa bed and games/DVDs, and office area for working remotely (with a sliding door for privacy from the kitchen). The powder room is connected to the laundry room.
Outside we have a solar-heated saltwater pool in a fully fenced in yard, that also includes a double sized outdoor shower. We provide a Traeger wood pellet smoker grill (please only use if you are familiar with wood pellet smokers). In the garage, there are 10 bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/wagon/toys/boogie boards.

We had a great time. Everything was as advertised. The host was very accommodating to our requests and prompt in responding. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beach is at a walking distance or a short bike ride away . If you are traveling with family I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location with well stocked house full of amenities. Wish we could have housed all 12 of our family but they were strict about the 10 max occupancy. Family loved the pool, billiards, bikes and beach items!

It was the perfect space for our adult kids and grandbaby. So clean and lots of little extras that made the stay amazing. Our host was remarkable and made sure things were perfect. Thank you for allowing us the space to make beautiful memories.

Well appointed home in a great safe location. Pool and beach supplies are provided. Many bikes to choose from. The owner is always available and responds promptly. We are happy that we returned there for a second time.

Had a great time in a great place. The owner was great with communication and we had everything we wanted right there at the house.

Loved the spacious kitchen and great room! Wonderful pool! House was amazingly clean and would rate 10 starts for that!

Great Place! Space for everyone in the family. Very clean and close proximity to the pier and multiple parks. The bikes were a nice perk as well as the pool table! Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic property. The owners thought of everything. Open concept, great views to the patio and pool. Beautiful neighborhood and so close to the beach. Very pet friendly and great communication. I didn't want to leave and wished we had booked a longer stay. Definitely will book this rental again.

Amazing stay !!!
Absolutely amazing stay ! The house was clean and the space was great. Great time playing pool and catching the rays outside ! Very quiet part of Melbourne and a nice walk away from small shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and enough beach chairs and other beach needs !

Fun in the Sun!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week building fond memories of our time in the pool and on the beach. The location is terrific and the home is well stocked with goodies for family fun. We definitely look forward to future visits.

A Relaxing Stay
My family had a great time. The pool was a major plus for us! The layout of the house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed all of the amenities especially the bikes!

Nice place
We have been vacationing in the area for the past 7-8 years and this is the nicest house we have stayed in. Owners are nice people and responsive immediately to any questions or concerns.

Great place for a weekend getaway
The house has everything you need. Comfy beds and great pool. Plenty of bikes and towels make it easy to plan your beach stay. No free parking at the beach.

Our home is in the oldest Beach community in Brevard County, Melbourne Beach! We are situated between the Indian river to the west and the beach to the east, enabling quick access to sunrises and sunsets. The beach is about 800m and a lovely bike ride, or you may drive and park in one of the lots. The Melbourne Pier is a short walk and an amazing place to watch the sunset, fish or watch for Manatees and Dolphins! There is a park next to the pier with basketball, pickleball/tennis courts and a playground. Also within walking distance are great restaurants, cafes, and a local market.

We have a spacious 4-bedroom house, 1 King bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a daybed with a trundle underneath. In addition, the den (with a door for privacy) has a pull-out bed as well as two air mattresses. We have a large solar-heated pool in the fenced yard with an enclosed porch full of fun (outdoor bar with TV, air hockey, foosball, pool table). We provide all beach needs including chairs, wagons, toys, boogie boards and towels, as well as 12+ bikes.
