Heated Pool - New Listing-Pool Home- 1/2 block from Beach

This home has been under renovations for two years- all the updates make this home the perfect home for vacation. The open kitchen with passthrough windows; over looking the gorgeous over sized pool- brings the inside outside. The living room has pocket sliders allowing full access to the covered patio with a bistro table for six people and lounging patio furniture around the pool. Make sure you slide through all the photos- this home offers more than words can describe. Walk a 1/2 block to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or 1 block to the river in the opposite direction- note this location offers you the ability to not miss any sunrise or sunset. The primary bedroom offers French doors to the pool and spacious bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom is a studio layout and it has a queen bed, living room and a kitchen. Making the fourth bedroom is perfect for multi-family vacations.

Pool is heated in the winter Oct to May 31st.

Due to City Ordinance we are only allowed total of 4 automobiles, trucks, boats motorcycles and trailers parked in driveway. There is NO garage access

Beautiful home!!! The house had everything we needed down to beach towels and beach chairs. The pool is spectacular and was the highlight of the home.

Wonderful! Will come again! Pool was warm, house was well appointed, patio was pefect, great peivacy, location 10 out of 10, cleanliness was cleaner than most but still could use a deep clean

The house was wonderful! The big open kitchen and outdoor patio eating area were so wonderful for family gathering. The property managers were very responsive and helpful.

This vacation home was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood and a short stroll to the beach. It was perfect for my family and visiting family. Very spacious and great outdoor area with a lovely pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a lovely location. Would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Sleepy Beach Town Vacation

We had a great time in Melbourne Beach! The house is walking distance to the beach for sunrise and the intercoastal for sunsets, a few restaurants, and a nice market. The house was roomy, and the pool was a perfect bonus.

Convent location and close to the beach

Nice home with a lot of space. Beautiful pool and wonderful kitchen. I would stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent property

Perfect family home for sun and fun! I would definitely recommend this property. Very close to beach and pier. Communication with property manager was quick and resolved any issues swiftly.

Best kept secret

We hit the lottery with this property! It was the reason for our best vacation ever, such a quiet relaxed neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle , yet close enough to bike or walk to either the ocean or the river.The house was just as listed with a heated pool to boot.Hoping we hit the lottery next year.

Overall, our family enjoyed the experience. The house was large enough for seven 60-something adults, the kitchen was beautiful; well equipped for cooking, furnishings were casual. The pool was comfortably heated & the location was great… walking distance to the beach, as advertised. Unfortunately, it’s listed as “newly renovated”, but it’s a mix of old, outdated & new, updated decor. Also, there were several different types of flooring throughout the house with transitional strips that proved to be a tripping hazard for us older folks. The beds (especially in the master bedroom) were old & lumpy - definitely ready for replacement. Also, the patio furniture was rusted & floats & chairs provided were not sufficient for 7 people. It’s a bright, spacious house with safety alarms on the doors so I’d recommend it more for families with kids… just bring your own floats & pool toys!

Melbourne Beach

The area was very quiet and close to the beach and great restaurants. The house was nice. The property manager was great with communication and answered any questions very promptly. The pool was not heated and although the air temperature was warm the pool water was chilly from the rain from Hurrican Milton. While we were there they delivered a pool heater which I assume will be installed soon. We would stay here again.

So impressed and in love with this home! Very unique, elegant yet simple, and equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation for the whole family!! Perfect for babies and little ones in general. Very clean and not a whole lot for them to get into or hurt themselves on. Great experiences too with the property management team, Janice and Autumn. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to resolve any issues or answer questions if we had any. A storm knocked out power to the ac unit while we were there but they were so quick to respond so to not affect our stay, which was quite the relief considering our trip was in the middle of summer! Will most certainly stay again, and can’t wait for next visit!!
