Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Close to everything the Naples Valley and the surrounding Finger Lakes region have to offer.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend at your house. Everything was perfect, Spotlessly clean, has everthing you could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub with snow falling and then warming up by the fireplace. Such a beautiful and private location. The hosts thought of everything.Recommended 100%. We will be back again!

Beautiful Secluded Getaway

This property had everything we wanted for a quiet getaway weekend as busy parents. Quaint, quiet, extremely clean, and only minutes away from many spots that the area offers- breweries, restaurants, views and vistas, and more. How could I forget the clean and awesoem hottub? If youre looking for a spot to escape to in Naples, look no further.

Beautiful cabin in the woods with a nice hot tub to warm up after skiing has everything you need for a nice relaxing trip out of the city would definitely recommend it to anyone

Quick frozen getaway

We loved our stay! The hot tub and cozy fireplace warmed us up during the col January nights. The house was immaculate, would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful home that’s located in a great spot. Close to breweries, wineries and Bristol Mountain, but far enough out of town that it’s private and peaceful. It’s clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. We loved our weekend!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I love this place. It is cozy and romantic. This was our second return visit for our anniversary. And yes, we are already planning a return visit in the spring. Andrew and Tracey were wonderful. They were easy to communicate with and gave us so much information on what there was to do etc. It is definitely in a great location for skiing, wineries, breweries, etc. The house was extremely clean and had everything you need or could think of to enjoy your stay. Relaxing mini getaway

Such a cute house and property! We highly enjoyed our stay!! The house was amazing and the hotub was so clean and relaxing!! Love that it is just a couple miles from a few wineries and town. We will be coming back!

Wonderful

Just a few things that kept it from being perfect. Not enough individual light in living area, but the worst was the poor water pressure. Also ten minute wait for hot water. Would have swept the floor, but no broom available. TV was a disappointment. Providing coffee grounds was much appreciated. Thank you for the chocolate bar and waters. Very thoughtful of you.

Great weekend get away

Celebrated husband's birthday with his brother and wife. Perfect place for two couple to relax and enjoy the area. Great dinner at The Hotel on Main St in Naples on Friday Night and came back to the cabin and hung by the fire with a few bottle of wine. Saturday the men went golfing, while we sipped mimosas in the hot tub. Visited a few wineries and breweries and ended up at the Hollerhorn Distillery just 5 mins away. Lovely weekend

We Loved the property!

The home is well appointed and well taken care of, everything that you could possibly need is there. We were in the hot tub multiple times a day and came home thoroughly relaxed. Our only issue, which was our fault entirely, was the proximity to where we wanted to go.

Spotless retreat in an idyllic spot

Perfect experience from start to finish. The accommodation is beautiful, with thoughtful touches and nary a smudge or fleck of dirt in the place! Convenient to Naples and surrounding wine country. Would live there if I could!

Naples Getaway

We loved staying here! Everything was super easy, hosts were accommodating and very responsive. The house is adorable, charming and very clean. Enjoying nights in the hot tub was a nice touch. We also loved a few restaurants in the area including Roots Cafe, Old School Cafe & Hollerhorn distillery. The proximity to good restaurants was nice as well. Literally the only negative I can think of is it would have been nice to have a full length mirror while getting ready :) Other than that it was perfect! Thanks!

Although we currently make our home in a nearby community, we have been connected with the Naples area for most of our lives. We have been fortunate enough to own a vacation home of our own in the Naples Valley for the last 10+ years. We enjoy many special weekends and holidays with friends and family at our place and have created many special memories.

We wanted to share our love of Naples with others so we decided to build another retreat in this beautiful area. The property has a great location. It is situated in a clearing within a wooded area. The location of the property is removed enough from the mainstream, yet close to all the amenities and activities the area has to offer.
We designed, built, and furnished this home with the comfort of the guest in mind.

This home has an inviting front porch, a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Also , there is a back porch where you can enjoy the view of the pines and maybe even catch sight of an occasional deer, or other wildlife. An inviting hot tub sits on the large flagstone patio, illuminated with twinkle lights.
