Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Retreat of Falling Waters lives up to the property name!

Our stay at the Retreat of Falling Waters was nothing short of magical. We loved exploring the waterfall, playing the board games provided, and enjoying meals at the quaint kitchen table. Just plan to bring your own drinking water because the well water connected to the property isn’t really safe to drink! Thank you so much to the incredibly communicative host!

Location was perfect

2 couples on a quick get away. Looking to enjoy Canandaigua lake, wineries, and breweries. Also wanted an outdoorsy space. sit by the fire

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. Everything else was as expected.

Girls getaway

Awesome place a lot of dates from the time we were there in Oct 2023. It’s a lovely and cozy place with hot tub and waterfalls. We will be back again

Great location and easy check in but needed a good cleaning

It was a good location with great wineries, restaurants and hiking nearby. Also very dog friendly, peaceful and quiet. However, the place needed a good cleaning.

Comfortable and nice

The cabin was exactly what we wanted and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a cabin in that area. The hot tub was really nice to soak in and being pet friendly was perfect for us we truly enjoyed our stay

Quiet and relaxed Getaway

We were visiting the Finger Lakes area and used this cute place as our homebase. Super quiet with lots of privacy and the hottub was a fantastic addition after a full day on our feet. House was clean and we had everything we needed to cook some of our meals.

Weekend Gettaway

We stayed here last weekend and the overall experience was amazing. I absolutely recommend it if ur looking for a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and natural environment and experience. The houre is supper cozy the hot tub was definitely a peark. The nearby restaurants have great food and there are amazing views everywhere (especially the waterfall in the back of the house).

First time ever going to the Finger Lakes area. Had a fantastic time. Great place, beautiful property and multiple fishing spots near by. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back.

Comfy, Cozy and a Great View

The house was clean and the hot tub was ready when we arrived. The views are fantastic and the waterfall in the back was wonderful. Great family room with a nice TV and electronic fireplace.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This cottage is located in a secluded area where you have your privacy but very close to all the activities in the area. All the extras are wonderful, especially the hot tub.

Perfect place to just “get away”

My husband and I came here shortly after Christmas to have a quiet escape from the holiday craziness. This was the PERFECT place to do that - extremely cozy, great ambiance, and all the amenities you’d want without breaking the bank (as much as a lot of the rentals on here do). Will definitely be back again in the coming year!

Anfitrión: Ian Boni

Born and raised in the beautiful Canandaigua Lake area. I am no strangers to all the fun things this area has to offer as we own several rentals in the Finger Lakes , Twisted Rail Brewing Company with 4 locations to enjoy, and avid outdoor enthusiasts. As a single father with two young children Lyra and Luca, I stay plenty busy making sure our guests feel comfortable and have the best experience possible. I invite all our guests to stop by our brewery which has locations on Canandaigua Lake, Honeoye Lake, Downtown Geneva and Macedon NY. I also have 3 other vacation rentals in the same area which each have their own charm and appeal.

When I first laid eyes on this beautiful property the waterfalls and land sold me on my idea to make this a destination for guests. Almost ten years later I still look forward to heading to the property to enjoy its scenery and atmosphere.
