Loved being back on the Key! And this location is so very convenient to many amenities. Host was super easy to communicate with. She provided great recommendations for activities and places to eat. Lovely time!

We loved being steps away from the beach. We also really appreciated that the owner provided an umbrella, beach toys, and beach chairs (the ones at the property go fast) - saved us having to rent those things. Great location, great unit, and office is super responsive.

Host was fantastic and even left me and my wife a gift card for our anniversary. Great unit for the price but AC will not get below 74-75 due to Florida heat. Other than that, 5 stars.

This condo was a great place to stay, situated between the beach and the main street. It was very convenient to walk everywhere. Very close to the free trolley stop as well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We had a few general maintenance issues that were quickly handled by the front desk and maintenance. Minor issues as in replacing batteries or light bulbs. We had a wonderful view of the beach and water from our covered balcony and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This awesome property gave us just what we needed for our extended weekend getaway. Easy access to restaurants, friendly office staff and very clean unit.

The rental was in a great location next to the beach and across the street from some restaurants and shops. The place was clean and well stocked with necessary items. The air conditioning worked but it didn't get as cool as we would have liked. The coffeemaker gave us a bit of challenge and seemed pretty old.One of the things that really bothered me is that there were painters painting/sanding the railings on the condominium adjacent to ours. They made a lot of noise and prevented us from opening the blinds for light during the day. I think it would have been appropriate to have let us know this before we leased the place and/or given us a reduced the rate due to this inconvenience. Thank you,Terry Madden

Terry, Thank you for providing a review of your stay! It does help me make the unit more comfortable for the next guests. The AC unit is only 2 yrs old but I did request service to come check the freon. The coffee maker was replaced in July of 2025 so not that old but requested Housekeeping to check it out. As far as the painting that was taking place next door to our complex, that is beyond our control. We are not informed by neighboring condo complexes of when they will be performing work or maintenance so it is impossible to communicate this to our guests prior to arrival or of time of your booking. Sea Shell is not associated with any other condo association on the Key so we have no control of any maintenance taking place next door to us, across the street or anywhere near us. I regret that the painting/sanding was a noise disturbance for you; however, that is something out of our control - Cheryl

Fun in the Sun

Property was exactly as pictured and truly in the most convenient location. Check in was fast and efficient as she was very informative and helpful. The condo was well stocked with all you need to include beach towels, beach toys, and easy to rent beach umbrellas. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the condo needs a deep cleaning to include dusting the artificial plants and a thorough cleaning in the bathrooms as there was a lot of black hairs stuck on the bathroom walls and the bottoms of bathroom doors were nasty.

Spring Break in Siesta Key

Everything was perfect. Unit exceeded expectations. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. Kitchen items were a higher quality. Plenty of paper filters for coffee maker. Everything was so smooth and stress free it was really great, we would book again without question. We didn't not use the pool or common grill area but it all looked fine. So easy to get around, little market across the street, restaurant/bars right there, free "taxis" right out the door. Area was clean, felt safe, no issues.

Loved the location of this condo! Parking and elevators close to room. Easy walk to the beach.

Condo was great! We did miss having a washer and dryer in the unit but the room had everything we needed. Great location in siesta key near food, shops, and small grocery store for last minute needs. Maintenance was available right away when the AC stopped working and got us up and running quickly. We had a great experience for our first time in Siesta Key. Would definitely recommend Sea shell Condos :)

Awesome Place to Stay

We were not disappointed with this property. It was everything as advertised. Great location within walking distance to anything you need and the sunsets on the beach a few steps away was so tranquil!! Definitely will be back.

Cute + comfy unit, great beachside location

Booked last-minute for a holiday weekend getaway with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law and were pleasantly surprised. The listing photos don't do it justice -- the unit itself is large, with cute beachy decor, well-stocked kitchen, and closet stocked with cooler, umbrella and beach toys. The building is a little old and nothing spectacular, but clean, well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable. Property manager was communicative and helpful. Overall a great stay, would definitely repeat.
