Casa Sudano is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom 1,049 square foot condominium located within the Viera Private Residences, Lake Las Vegas, Henderson Nevada. The Viera is a Mediterranean inspired lakeside resort offering two gorgeous pools, a large spa and fitness center. Case Sudano is located in the heart of the Village at Lake Las Vegas. The Village offers numerous venus for dinning, adult beverages and groceries are available at Season Market which are all within easy walking distance. Water sports, such as paddle boarding and kayaking are also available in the Village from Lake Las Vegas Watersports.

Our motto is “ Stay here for three days or three months, you will never get tired of the view”. Located on the top floor, Casa Sudano has outstanding views of Lake Las Vegas, Reflection Bay Golf Course, the Viera’s pool area and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the stunning beauty of Lake Las Vegas from our large balcony while enjoying your favorite beverage or sipping your morning coffee looking out over the lake. We especially enjoy watching the Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club members practice their rowing techniques.

Casa Sudano can offer everything for an outstanding family oriented Las Vegas vacation. Lake Las Vegas, located just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, offers a calm respite from the hustle and bustle of the neon lights. Just 4 miles down the road is the the entrance to Lake Mead National Recreational Area. Numerous other fun destinations are within an hour drive from Lake Las Vegas. One can explore and enjoy, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, historical Boulder City, Valley of the Fire State Park, Red Rock Canyon and Black Canyon National Water Trail.

Lake Las Vegas, a 20 minute drive from McCarran International Airport, is a master planned resort community built around a 320 acre lake. There are almost 10 miles of shoreline that accent the panoramic views of the mountains beyond. Great experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo, beautiful home and well cared for. Close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam( highly recommend the tour) and just a short drive to the LV strip. Valley of Fire NP is a bit over an hours drive but totally worth it, absolutely beautiful scenery!

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

Great quiet spot, wonderful owners

We were in town for a youth lacrosse tournament. It was a great quiet place to stay. Very comfortable, decent food in the area, a nice pool, comfortable beds, good kitchen. We had some personal issues (not related to the rental) and the owners went out of their way to help us out. Next time I am back in the area I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. The property is gorgeous. The check in process was seamless. The unit itself was spectacular! The VIEW? The view was so beautiful and a delight to just look out at the scenery. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Decor was charming! We loved the autumn touches! Parking garage was never a problem finding a spot. The hosts were easy to communicate with and that was truly appreciated. We 100% want to return again and again!

Fantastic penthouse with the perfect location!

Booked this 2 bedroom penthouse for a family vacation and it was exactly as described! Views are excellent, location is great, and the amenities are abundant! First thing, this place is a very clean and roomy space which was perfect for our family of four adults. Check in was easy and the host were fantastic and everything that we needed was available. The location was great for us as we spent time in several parks. There were coolers available in the penthouse which we packed each morning as we headed out. Returning in the evening was great and everything was so comfortable that we were well rested each morning ready for more. After a few days of exploring, we spent time just relaxing and being lazy in the penthouse which provided plenty of space and peace and quiet to recharge before heading home. Shopping and food options are plentiful and close along with the Vegas strip being a short drive away as well. The area is quiet and serene with a nice pool for relaxing in the heat of the day or in the evening after a day of fun! We can't say enough about the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the penthouse. If you are looking for a great place to stay for everything Vegas and more, this is a perfect spot.

Amazing view and accommodations!

This place is as described and it’s beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful and offered numerous amenities such as pool, restaurants, grocery, water sports! It was perfect for getting away and avoiding the chaos of the strip yet it’s close enough to run over and enjoy the evening. The host was superb with information and communicating with our group. Highly recommend and will def visit again!

We have stayed for 5 nights in the penthouse. Loved everything!! Million dollars view! It’s so close to LV but very quiet and relaxing pool was empty everyday ( we enjoyed it ) good shopping about 8 min by car , basic grocery 3 min walking Apartment is very spacious, great 2 king size beds , full kitchen, washer/ dryer was wonderful to have in NV heat wave - you will find all cosmetic necessities in 2 bathrooms. Location is ideal if you want to visit LV or many state park to admire natural wonders. Jean is a very caring host would do anything to make guests happy and comfortable-don’t look anywhere else We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it ( we travel a lot with 2 kids / teens and became a little picky about vacation rentals) Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us !

Definitely the Best Unit in the Building

This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.

Dear Jean, it was a pleasure to stay in your beautifull and clean apartment. The welcome wine tasted very good and the welcome card was lovely, thanks for this attention. Wonderful area.

Lake Las Vegas is amazing. The view from the condo was magnificent! The condo was so comfortable and included amenities I didn’t expect, like coffee and products to clean clothes etc. Definitely will go back. It was a smooth process and hosts were always available.

PARADISE AT LAKE LAS VEGAS

WE JUST LOVED OUR STAY AT THE PENTHOUSE CASA SUDURNO. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR WE WERE IN AWE. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS UNCLUTTED THE DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE VIEW WAS SO INCREDIBLE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISCRIBE TO THE FULLEST HOW BREATH TAKING IT IS. THERE IS A REASON THEY CALL THE BAY REFLECTION BAY. THE SUNSETS REFLECT OFF THE BAY, THEN WHEN ITS DARK ALL THE LIGHTS FROM THE BUILDINGS REFLECT ALSO. WE ATE AT 4 OF THE RESTAURANTS IN THE VILLAGE AND LOVED ALL OF THEM. THE OWNERS ARE SUCH GREAT HOST THEY MADE OUR STAY VERY SPECIAL. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY SWEET. IT WAS A PLEASURE BEING THEIR GUEST.

Gorgeous View

Good stay here at this unit. Very comfortable beds and the hosts were great at communication. We had an issue with their TV's/Remotes. Didn't get to use the TV for two days and they helped us try to figure it out. Ultimately, we feel it was an issue with the batteries in the remotes so on our last night we did get to use the TV's by changing the channels the old fashion way on the cable box. Not a big deal at all. I would recommend this unit.

A Perfect Spot

This property is fantastic. Everything was really easy and the spot, the view etc. was amazing. They even had coffee and half and half! I highly recommend this property if you are coming to Lake Las Vegas!

The Vegas Strip/Downtown, Lake Mead Recreational area, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park are just a few of the many sites and activities that we have enjoyed. We also take advantage of the many walking and biking paths in the area. Joe really enjoyed the fly boarding offered on Lake Las Vegas. When not staying at Casa Sudano, we are at home in California or traveling in our RV.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Viera Condominums offers two beautiful pools and a large hot tub. One of the pools and the hot tub are heated year around. The Montelago Village, an easy five minute walk, offers several restaurants, pubs, and, Season's, a fully stocked grocery store and Deli. Las Vegas is about a 20 minute drive and offers almost anything anyone would desire.

There is free covered parking available.

At this time, there are no casinos within Lake Las Vegas. However, The Speakeasy will be a new gambling establishment that will be opening soon. For the those who want to gamble, there are numerous casinos located within eight to ten miles of Casa Sudano. Just minutes and easy walk from our condo, one can play darts or billiards at The Pub while sipping on a favorite craft beer. Or, enjoy sipping a margarita at Sonrisa’s Mexican Restaurant lively patio that regularly has live musical entertainment. The Village also offers fine dining at Mimi & Coco’s Bistro or Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant. Eating outside on a beautiful warm evening or day is just so enjoyable and relaxing.
