Casa Sudano is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom 1,049 square foot condominium located within the Viera Private Residences, Lake Las Vegas, Henderson Nevada. The Viera is a Mediterranean inspired lakeside resort offering two gorgeous pools, a large spa and fitness center. Case Sudano is located in the heart of the Village at Lake Las Vegas. The Village offers numerous venus for dinning, adult beverages and groceries are available at Season Market which are all within easy walking distance. Water sports, such as paddle boarding and kayaking are also available in the Village from Lake Las Vegas Watersports.

Our motto is “ Stay here for three days or three months, you will never get tired of the view”. Located on the top floor, Casa Sudano has outstanding views of Lake Las Vegas, Reflection Bay Golf Course, the Viera’s pool area and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the stunning beauty of Lake Las Vegas from our large balcony while enjoying your favorite beverage or sipping your morning coffee looking out over the lake. We especially enjoy watching the Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club members practice their rowing techniques.

Casa Sudano can offer everything for an outstanding family oriented Las Vegas vacation. Lake Las Vegas, located just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, offers a calm respite from the hustle and bustle of the neon lights. Just 4 miles down the road is the the entrance to Lake Mead National Recreational Area. Numerous other fun destinations are within an hour drive from Lake Las Vegas. One can explore and enjoy, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, historical Boulder City, Valley of the Fire State Park, Red Rock Canyon and Black Canyon National Water Trail.

Lake Las Vegas, a 20 minute drive from McCarran International Airport, is a master planned resort community built around a 320 acre lake. There are almost 10 miles of shoreline that accent the panoramic views of the mountains beyond. Wonderful stay in Henderson but close to Vegas

The condo was perfect for us. The view from the 6th floor phenomenal. The hosts were incredibly gracious. Next trip will stay there again, if available.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular! Kids loved the pool, the onsite grocery was nice, and their holiday coffee was perfect! Easy to get to and within 30 mins to downtown Vegas and the Hoover Damn.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sudano. It is in a great location with great amenities, and Jean and Joe were lovely hosts who thought of all the best little touches. We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay there and would definitely choose to stay there again!

Amazing condo and location

Relaxing with a beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice penthouse condo with a fantastic view of the town, lake, and mountains. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely be beck.

Winter Retreat

We had a fantastic experience. The condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our time in it. Jean was friendly, helpful, and on top of the entire VRBO process. The location was near biking and hiking. And we drove 30min to spend an evening on the Strip. We plan to return soon.

What a Terrific Experience

We took our 2 13 year old grandsons to Lake LV as part of their birthday adventure. The condo was ideal with the separate bedrooms and spacious living area. They loved the large TV for watching sports at night. The available water sports in the lake were great fun. The rental process was easy, parking was convenient, so our vacation was a success.

Beautiful and Quiet Location

Joe and Jean's condo worked out perfectly for our family vacation out West. Jean was very easy to communicate with and always answered my questions quickly. The condo was just as described and pictured. The supplies (dish soap, kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc) were perfect for the week. We especially enjoyed using the cooler and wagon that Jean provided. The condo was a perfect location for day trips. We went to Red Rock, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, Death Valley, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The views from the condo are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. I would highly recommend Joe and Jean's condo for your next vacation.

Wonderful, everything was perfect.

The property is as shown on VRBO, no surprises. Everything that we needed was there for us, even a toothbruth/toothpaste courtesy packet. Exceptionally clean and inviting. Great beds for a good night's sleep. A balcony with a view to go out and enjoy morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen with plates-glasses-wine glasses-mugs and salt & pepper and some spices for cooking. Terrific bathrooms with tub and shower separate and lots of towers. Pool towel (4 of them) were available. Both swimming pools are beautiful and clean with plenty of lounger chairs for sunning. Loading and unloading luggage etc. was great. Just drive under the portico at the front door of the complex and get a cart to put everything on for a one trip only experience. That was great. Instructions were given on how to gain entry to the front door and the upstairs condo. Easy, it was all so easy and Jean was the one who made it possible to enjoy a stay that was hassle free and wonderful. Thank you Jean.

A Spectacular Stay at Viera Penthouse Condo in Las Vegas

My recent stay at the Viera Penthouse Condo in Las Vegas was absolutely extraordinary! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, my companions and I were treated to an experience that exceeded all expectations. Owned by the wonderful Jean and Joe, this lakeside gem provided us with a memorable and luxurious vacation. The first thing that struck us upon entering the condo was the impeccable cleanliness and modern design. The panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas were breathtaking, and we found ourselves frequently drawn to the balcony to soak in the picturesque surroundings. Jean and Joe, the gracious owners, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. One highlight of our stay was the vibrant and lively atmosphere at Lake Las Vegas. We enjoyed strolling along the promenade and indulging in delicious dining options. The tranquility of the surroundings was a welcome contrast to the energy of the Las Vegas Strip. In conclusion, our stay at the Viera Penthouse Condo in Las Vegas was truly fabulous. Fantastic Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic condo. My wife spent most of her time at the pool and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have a chance, you must stop in at A&M Pasta Lab just steps away in the Village and pick up some amazing pasta and tomato basil sauce.

Great Stay in Lake Las Vegas!

I highly recommend Casa Sudano for your Lake Las Vegas getaway! The location is perfect, with nice views of the lake and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Casa Sudano was very clean and welcoming. Jean was very communicative, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfy and allowed for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the desert. If you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Las Vegas, Casa Sudano is perfect!

Everything was 5 star! The location and the views were spectacular! The pictures didn’t do them justice. The hosts instructions were impeccable. We loved our time at this condo and would definitely book again if we come back.

The Vegas Strip/Downtown, Lake Mead Recreational area, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park are just a few of the many sites and activities that we have enjoyed. We also take advantage of the many walking and biking paths in the area. Joe really enjoyed the fly boarding offered on Lake Las Vegas. When not staying at Casa Sudano, we are at home in California or traveling in our RV.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Viera Condominums offers two beautiful pools and a large hot tub. One of the pools and the hot tub are heated year around. The Montelago Village, an easy five minute walk, offers several restaurants, pubs, and, Season's, a fully stocked grocery store and Deli. Las Vegas is about a 20 minute drive and offers almost anything anyone would desire.

There is free covered parking available.

At this time, there are no casinos within Lake Las Vegas. However, The Speakeasy will be a new gambling establishment that will be opening soon. For the those who want to gamble, there are numerous casinos located within eight to ten miles of Casa Sudano. Just minutes and easy walk from our condo, one can play darts or billiards at The Pub while sipping on a favorite craft beer. Or, enjoy sipping a margarita at Sonrisa’s Mexican Restaurant lively patio that regularly has live musical entertainment. The Village also offers fine dining at Mimi & Coco’s Bistro or Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant. Eating outside on a beautiful warm evening or day is just so enjoyable and relaxing.
