Keowee lakefront view with large yard and dock for boat up to 30' long

Waterfront Mobile home on beautiful, clear Lake Keowee. Large grassed yard going to lake and boat dock (you can tie your boat to dock). Carpeted, screened-in deck facing lake. Central air conditioner, microwave, electric stove/oven, stacked washer/dryer, tub/shower, fully furnished (linens, towels, soap, dishes, silverware, etc.) and BBQ gas grill.
No dishwasher, phone, or cable TV. Has 2 TV's both with DVD players. Home is in a residential area of approx. 14 other families on two points, there are no other rentals and owner lives next door to Mobile home. Elevation is 800 ft. 15 miles to NC line and 2200 ft. elevation, 55 min. to Highlands, NC elevation approx. 4000 ft. Lake Keowee is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge/Great Smoky Mtns. Lake is 25 miles long with 388 miles of shoreline. Mobil home is within a mile of the upper end of the lake. Lake Jocasse dam is a mile away north and Lake Hartwell dam is 24 miles south via water. If you want to spend time on Lake Jocassee, the lake above Lake Keowee, you are about 3 miles from the Jocassee boat ramp at Devil’s Fork State Park. Jocassee is a very beautiful lake.

Arrival and Leave Times: Check in time is 3 PM on day of arrival and if no one is occupying the property before you, you can come earlier.

Check out time is 11 AM on day of departure, but again as stated above if no one is renting the property after you, call and you may get permission to stay later than 11 AM.

Jerry is extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great time staying in the vintage trailer. It is the perfect location to multiple boat ramps for kayaking Lake Keowee. Location is just down the road from Jocasee. Hope to come back :)

We had a great stay! Jerry is an excellent host. The trailer had everything we needed and we just loved the screened in porch. Being able to have use of a dock for our boat and to fish and swim off of was the cherry on top! Would definitely stay again

Very very nice property and host. Little expensive for age of structure and not having wifi, fine by me though. It’s made up for with the private dock and peace you get of no busy highway. Will definitely use again.

Perfect lake weekend

We had a great stay here! Jerry was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and his property is amazing! It was clean and the dock and lake site were perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. We would stay here again!

Great location and host

Jerry was great communicating from the booking through check out. We brought our boat and were able to leave it at the dock for our entire stay. Fantastic lake and location! We’ll definitely be back again!!

Quaint and cozy

We had a relaxing and fun time at Jerry’s place. Very clean and easy walk to the lake. He was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be going again!

Lake Keowee getaway

The mobile home is basic, but provides what you need. Most importantly is that there is a delightful screened in porch with a relaxing view of the lake. Access to a beach, for easy swimming. Dock access for your boat or kayak. And the owner, is a delight. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the place and so did my kids and husband. We would live there if we could. It was nice to be unplugged from wifi and enjoy family time. Our kids even stopped arguing as much and just enjoyed themselves. Their laughter and enjoyment of the place was amazing. We had the time of our lives and brought back memories from when we were kids. I highly recommend staying here. We have every intention of booking it again. Also the owner is extremely nice and wonderful personal. Everything is original and also just a quiet peaceful place. It really is exceptional and great.

Lovely place on Lake Keowee

Jerry was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed his property very much. We spent most of our days in the water or on his dock or shore. The water is so clear and inviting. The screened-in porch has a fantastic view of the lake. The property is located in a protected cove just off the main channel with great views and protection from boat traffic if you are in the water.The place is clean. We cooked in all meals and had all the cookware we needed and the basics for our meals: salt, pepper, coffee filters. We were very comfortable. We hope to return!

The lake-front view was amazing. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property sleeps six, two bunk beds in one room, one bed in the master. Great for families. Close to popular sights on the lake and hiking trails.

Perfect Spot

This property is in the perfect location with great access to the lake. Great yard and beach area for the kids to play. The owner was great to work with and made the process super smooth!

If you have small children, I have a sandy beach for them to play on when the lake is down a couple of feet. There is a gentle slope going into the lake. It does not drop off deep real fast.
