While the property feels wonderfully secluded, you’re only 5 miles from town and close to some of the area’s best attractions, including Issaqueena Falls, Stumphouse Tunnel, and the Wild & Scenic Chattooga River.

🐶DOG POLICY🐶:
-Maximum of 2 dogs allowed ($75 pet fee/dog)
-We love welcoming furry friends! Please be sure to clean up after your pet each time they use the yard.
-Potty pads are not permitted inside the home; all pets must be fully house-trained and taken outdoors for bathroom breaks.

-We happily welcome dogs! However, all dogs must be disclosed and added during the booking process. Failure to disclose or add your dog(s) before booking may result in an additional $100 undisclosed pet fee, in addition to the standard pet fee.

-Sleeps 4 – Two bedrooms (one king, 2 twins)
-1 Full Bathroom
- Lakefront access with kayaks & paddle boards included. - There is a Ring Doorbell right next to the front door in plain sight. There are NO cameras on property.
