This completely renovated modern style interior home features an open floor plan & sleeps 6. It has quartz kitchen counters, terrazzo floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, cable tv, wifi and a fenced yard. All amenities are close by. Just 1 mile to Sharkey's on the Pier and less than 2 miles to historic downtown Venice shops and restaurants.

It was our second time staying here. We love the spacious home and lanai. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy walking and beach time.

Close to beaches

First renters in a renovated house. Very clean and bright, and close to beaches in Venice. Had an enjoyable stay, and communicated well with Diane.

Annual Florida Fun 2025

We rented this beautiful home for 2 months! It was the perfect location as we love being close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and well stocked with linens. The house is very open and great for 4 adults and a dog. The lanai and fenced yard is a great plus! Bill is a great communicator and took care of a few small issues over the phone. We have already booked for 2026!windows is delightful! With 4 adults,

BEAUTIFUL HOME IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

My daughter and I stayed at this property in January of 2021. It is a beautiful home (just redone). It was very clean. The neighborhood is great and very safe. Neighbors are very friendly. Home owners communicated very well. I highly recommend.

Paradise Palms

Rental was nice but not completely updated. Backyard was nice for dog but lots of dirt so watch pets and kids if you have them. They will track dirt in. We covered couch so we wouldn’t get it dirty. The location is awesome for the beach and downtown Venice. Great for biking, walking etc.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I am not exactly sure by what you mean by not completely updated. It is true that doors and a pink vintage bathtub are original but other than that the home received a new kitchen, drywall, plumbing electrical, roof, AC, master bath, sewer and paint in 2020. Regarding the dirt, I am sorry you had to deal with that. We are starting the process of installing a sprinkler system and new grass for the backyard

Perfect home in a great location

We just completed a 2 month stay and loved this home away from home. The house is very clean and bright with good amenities. We particularly enjoyed the large lanai where we could watch sunsets and dine al fresco. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient - it's a 10-minute walk to the beach and just a 5 minute drive/25-minute walk to downtown Venice. It's a great walk if you take the route through the arboretum and past Venice's library, art center, and museum. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops within a 5-minute drive and a variety of beaches and outdoor activities to explore in the area. We brought our small dog and the back yard was perfect for him as it's fully fenced and large, with plenty of space to run around. If you are working remotely, the internet connection is very fast and reliable - and you can head to the beach for your lunch break! Overall, it was a great place to stay and we'd highly recommend this house for your Venice stay. Thanks, Bill and Dianne!

Nice neighborhood and bicycle friendly

Everything went well. Our dog really enjoyed running back and forth in the roomy, fenced-in back yard.
