Highly recommend this property! It was our first stay off of Venice Island and we picked a great location! Close to lots of restaurants/shopping/bike trails, etc. Great golf courses nearby. Easy to bike or drive to the island and the beach. House is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Pool area very relaxing and private. Mike was always very quick to respond and provided lots of information on the property and nearby areas. Will definitely rent from him again!

This house was very clean and well kept. The owners are constantly trying to improve the place but it’s already an excellent place to stay at especially for a family. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The house has everything you’d need between dishes, washer/dryer, beach toys, and a grill. Something we did not know until we arrived is that there is an excellent park just a few blocks away.100% would stay again.

We have stayed in MANY VRBO properties over the years. This may have been one of the most comfortable stays yet! It truly was as if we were at our own home - everything you might want is there for your use. Will definitely be staying here again the next time our travels bring us to Venice.

Our stay was nothin short of amazing! The house was perfect! Simple yet had EVERYTHING you would need even down to the little things! The house felt like home away from home! The beds were VERY comfortable! The couch comfy and cozy and perfect to lounge and cuddle on after a long day on beach. The location was ideal! Close to all of our favorite beaches and shamrock park was awesome to go for a walk, run, visit the park and play some tennis with the kids.
