The house was absolutely perfect!!! Very clean and very well equipped! There were pool toys, coolers for beach, all kitchen items necessary, great appliances …I could go on and on! We loved the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach was perfect!!!

The home was perfect for our stay! The host was very responsive to our needs. Loved having the beautiful sitting area with pool and the private beach access was a bonus! The home had everything we needed for the beach which was great.

Another fantastic stay for us here! Everything you could need and more for a nice relaxing vacation. From a super easy check in, great communication with the host, a beautiful home, close proximity to the beach and the list could go on. We can’t wait for our next stay here!

House was as listed. Clean. Very updated. Stocked with beach supplies, towels, stocked kitchen. Pool was very nice. Location was super close to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay, house was immaculate. The location was great, close to downtown and beach access. Peaceful pool area and home. Kitchen table was great for lots of game nights with the family. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Wonderful pool floats available as well as beach carts, toys, umbrellas, etc. I forgot a book and there were even a few great book choices available. Definitely hope to stay again! Host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay!

The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, utensils and crockery. Bedrooms are spacious, living area is huge and the pool area is great for hanging out. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The beach is a short walk away, shops a short drive.

We were very pleased with this home, nicely furnished and decorated. Beds were comfy and closets and storage were plentiful. Amy the host was quick to respond to our inquiries which we were happy with. You cannot beat the location, the beach is down the street and many restaurants are close by. We definitely look forward to our next trip.

Perfect house location - in close proximity to a local beach and Venice pier. Extremely clean and well decorated inside; everything what you need in kitchen; and the most important is very responsible host. Nice & comfy Florida vacation spot. We'll be back.

Venice is a great place to stay and this villa makes it easy to enjoy everything. Its location is perfect and the villa itself has everything you could want to enjoy your stay. Very helpful host when needed. No negatives at all.

Excellent property

We stayed for a week at this location. It is a great home with great location. Amy was quick to respond when we had questions. Honestly this was one of our best experiences with renting in this location. Very close to the beach as well. We will definitely be back!

Such a fabulous location. Quick walk to the ocean. Great proximity to downtown and golf course. Perfect home for a family get away. Great swimming pool. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great week!
