This quiet alpine condo is the perfect spot for a few friends to unwind or to share some time with your family. Chateau Claire 43 is equipped with all the amenities you need to keep you comfortable and entertained after a long day in the mountains. This two-bed, one-and-a-half-bath condo can comfortably sleep 4 people. You have your choice of lounging by the fire or cooking a decadent meal in the fully equipped kitchen. All condos have Roku TV.

Located in the center of Summit County, Colorado, Chateau Claire is away from the crowds and hustle of the ski resorts but only a few minutes from the finest winter and summer sports in the country. Enjoy sailing, cycling, fishing, skiing, and snowboarding in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Amazing location, walkability, and ease. As the listing said, the apt is a little outdated. However, we were expecting this and the apartment had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful porch to sit on. Would definitely stay again!

Nice clean place. Loved the balcony, wished I was closer to the water though, but over all great place to stay. I should warn people of the altitude though. It was hard on my 74 year old dad & when we needed to get him off the mountain, they worked with me so I could get him to safer altitude….nice people!

Ski trip 2020 style

Straight out of the 70s. We had an amazing time! Pros...This condo was in a great location. Clean. Great water pressure. The beds were comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Good WiFi Cons...There is only one small tv in the living room. Lots of noises from the fridge and old pipes and heating system made it hard to sleep. No Washer/Dryer in the unit!!! Big deal with a family trying to ski multiple days in a row.

Killer location, dated decor!

What an amazing location! Within walking distance from the lake. The property manager was fantastic with communication and would get back to me within minutes of texting. The condo although in a killer location was extremely outdated. If you are looking for a modern super lux condo this is not for you. The entire condo was straight out of the 70s. Not saying there is anything wrong with the 70s but it would look so much nicer if it was updated. It was clean and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows and it has so many kitchen items for cooking along with spices. If you are not picky on the newness and high end of where you stay then I would recommend this condo.

Fits the bill for laid back family vacation, plus real fireplace

This condo is exactly as described. Great view from living room and bedroom. Working wood fireplace was unexpected! Everything works, even though dated. Family of 5 was cozy and happy. Smell of smoke dissipated after 1 day. Manager was very responsive.

Didn’t receive checkin instructions until I called Customer Serice, after 4:00 and asked for them

Neat, clean convenient to Silverthorn and Frisco. Only got turned around due to Google Map confusion between Labonte West and Labonte East streets. Once I called Service desk he set me on the right path. Overall good experience!! Would certainly stay here again.

Close to lake

Great location just a bit outdated and guest bedroom sheets were not cleaned black hair on pillow cases and sheets had to wash sheets highly disappointed in wasting my vacation time on that. Also though it doesn’t get too hot a ceiling fan would help during the early hours

Dillon stay

Nice location. Noise from neighbors walking outside by my window after 10 pm on several nights. Car noise also can be heard late at night. Overall nice stay. Place is very outdated but has everything you need. Bathtub is hard to get in and out of glass doors should be removed.
