Great clean unit, ground floor is very convenient for lake access, especially with kids. Location was good, parking easy. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay; just too bad there wasn't enough snow to ski! We loved the location right on the lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Would stay there again!

Ground floor condo on Dillon Lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was smooth and reasonable or better in all ways. The unit was not fancy or modern, but everything worked and the location was very good, for views and for access to grocery, Interstate, bike path. I would stay there again. If I had to suggest some upgrade, I'd say the TV was fairly small. Since TVs are so cheap these days, I think I'd have a larger one. Not a complaint... more of a suggestion.

Great location and great views. The condo was cozy and comfy. The kitchen was equipped with enough cookware, utensils and dinnerware to make cooking meals easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake Dillon week of 8/7/21

Fantastic location! Such a great view and so close to the marina, lake, trails, outlets, farmer’s market, water taxi, sailing camp, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat rentals! Great restaurants nearby also! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Great View Location

Views terrific and walk out to big open green space ideal for grandkids to play. Great kite flying! Unit small but adequate for short stay

Perfect Lake/Mountain Location!

Our stay was perfect from the ease of booking, communicating with the property manager, checking in and enjoying our 6 night stay. The condo was as described and had everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect from the lakefront views, close proximity to gas, groceries, shopping and restaurants, close access to dozens of hiking/biking trails and within 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Overall nice property

Overall nice property. The hot tub did not work during the duration of our stay, so that was a bummer. Otherwise good rental.

Weekend Getaway

The place was as-listed. Had no issues checking in and it had a lot of space to use. Parking is a little inconvenient if you have more than 2 cars, but the overnight parking area isn't too far away.

Fantastic view!

The condo location and view were phenomenal. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and me. The only negative was that there was an early check in fee. Never before in all our VRBO rentals did they charge for early check in if the condo was ready.

Thank you for the feedback - yes, we do charge for early check ins, as we have to staff the early arrival for housekeeping and the inspection of the unit. Since you checked in at 4pm, you were not charged for the early check in. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great lakeshore condo with wonderful views and steps to bikepath and Lake Dillon.

Spent a couple of nights at this ground floor condo basically on Lake Dillon (there's a wonderful green space right outside the patio, then the bikepath and then the Lake). Beautiful view from inside and from the patio, especially when the Fall colors are awesome. Its in good shape, fully equipped and very clean on arrival. The price is very reasonable, but there are hefty additional costs, so make sure you check that. We'll stay there again to kayak and bike (great 18 mile loop around the Lake from right outside the patio).

Christmas Break Ski Vacation

F you like your back, don’t stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay here with my friends was a very rough experience. We booked this lodging as a weekend place to stay for a ski trip aimed friends came in town for. The lodging itself was in a good working condition and the kitchen/bathrooms had acceptable amenities. The only outstanding thing was the view outside the balcony and the crew that had the snow cleared quickly in the morningThe real problem is the sleeping situation. The beds themselves are rock hard and don’t allow for a comfortable sleep, the pillows are somehow flimsy yet stiff at the same time and the blankets were just warm enough to not get cold. The third “bed” on the pull out couch was the worst part. The sleeping pad of a mattress on it was maybe 6 inches high and when laying on it you can feel the bars from the frame dig into you. You’re better off removing the pad and sleeping in it on the floor.Overall, I would not stay here again as we could not get any rest for our days on the mountain nor would suggest it until some major bedding upgrades are made

This is disappointing, because we didn't hear anything from the guest while they were here. We would have been happy to address these issues while they were in-house. We have many guests that ask for this unit specifically. We hope they were able to enjoy their time in Summit County.

Nice Lake Dillon condo with splendid views!

The new kitchen table was a nice addition, and we are looking forward to a new fireplace next year.The condo is a good value for a retired couple. The decor is a bit dated, but comfortable and cozy.Summit Resort Group and their staff have exceeded our expectations, and are easy to work with.

Great lication

Had to request toilet paper. Seems overpriced due to all the fees that are added on. Probably wouldn’t go there again because of that.

We are sorry you ran out of toilet paper during your stay. We always encourage our guest to reach out if they need any extra supplies. Typically the condos are stocked for the entire stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and very conveniently located. The check was annoying to say the least. I was there with a group for a wedding and could clearly tell that the room was ready, when I called and asked if I could pick up the keys I was informed the room was not ready. I looked through the sliding glass doors and the lights were off and everything was perfect. I got a call an hour and 20 minutes later and was told I could pick up my keys. No one had entered or left the room at any point in time because the wedding party was located two doors down and we were sitting outside watching. The check out was super easy, only issue was the dishwasher did not work.

Lake Dillon Condotels Best View of Lake Dillon

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying here for summer break over 30 years. Consistently clean condos, cannot beat the view, well stocked kitchens, great lawn for games. Only new setback - owners decided on instituting $100 Early Check In fee. We've always been able to check in couple hours early if tenant was not in unit. I understand late check out fee, but this early fee seems unreasonable. Do not understand the cost to owners/tenants especially if the unit is ready. We also had a non-functioning dishwasher discovered on last day. Otherwise, will return as we have for years.

We instituted the fee to assist our owners in recouping the lost revenue from the shutdown. While we understand you've been coming up here for years, we still let you check in early without the fee because you showed up at our office early. The dishwasher actually works - you just have to turn on the garbage disposal before you run the washer. Thank you for your feedback.

Beautiful View

It was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress in unit 106 is much better. I highly recommend unit 104 unless someone needs to sleep on the pull out sofa. Maybe the owners of 104 should ask 106 where they got their mattress.
