Our Marina Place unit offers year-round enjoyment for your next vacation whether you are here to ski, snowboard, sail, boat, bike, hike, or just relax. Our two bedroom/two bathroom condo affords great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our location in Dillon Colorado is centrally located not far from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Park your cars in our covered parking and walk to the local restaurants, or take the free Summit Stage to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, or Silverthorne. The bus stop is just down the street. Or sit out on the balcony to enjoy views of the bikers on the trail, or sailboats on the lake.

The Master Bedroom features a queen-sized mattress set, adjoining master bathroom, and access to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin-sized bunk bed. The hall bathroom has a two sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

Our first floor unit is close to the elevator so you don’t have to worry about dragging your vacation gear up flights of stairs. There is a hot tub and sauna clubhouse outside our unit, but this is currently being remodeled. The other clubhouse between buildings one and two is available for your use and includes a small pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Summer at Marina Place offers limitless possibilities for biking, sailing, boating, and hiking. We are just steps away from the bike path to Keystone, Breck, Frisco, and Vail. If you are a mountain biker, great single track possibilities are close by near Keystone, Frisco, or Breckenridge. Walk down to the world’s highest Marina to sail or sit next to the lake at the Tiki Bar. Concerts at the outdoor amphitheater are just a minute’s walk, or take your kids to the new playground and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Our location is ideal for family or friends to enjoy the variety of activities available in Summit County.

Susan and Bill were wonderful hosts! The condo was centrally located (walking distance to Lake Dillon and Dillon Amphitheater), clean and comfortable with nice amenities. It was the perfect getaway for our family of five and we would definitely stay there again.

We utilized the small clubhouse which was nice. We were not aware at the time we booked this unit that the large clubhouse was closed for electrical issues and remodeling. Perhaps it closed after the date we booked. Elevator worked when we arrived but on the date we left, it was not operating. In any event, the unit was nice, comfortable, and well equipped. We would stay here again.

Very nice condo conveniently located

This condo worked great for our family of five for a ski trip. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo. The fireplace is warm and cozy. The kitchen was great. Very close to Keystone and Silverthorne, and convenient to Breckenridge. Would definitely stay again.

Great ski getaway

Overall everything was great. Susan was very organized and communicative. Parking is a bit tight and can get icy, but we managed with 4 wheel drive.

Fantastic place to stay in Dillom

We really enjoyed staying in Susan's condo. The location is perfect, its close to everything -- marina, restaurants, supermarket, hikes. It also has incredible views of the lake. The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Susan called me to check if we arrived ok, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very welcoming and the property was a great size for our family of four. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I had to give the property only three stars because the notice about lead in the pipes surprised us and made us very uncomfortable about drinking the water. Also, parking is a beast! We drive a subaru ascent, and after a light snow one night (about 2 inches), we had trouble getting up the sharp incline out of the underground parking, even with all-wheel drive. If you stay in this property, be prepared to park elsewhere unless it's the summer.

This was a wonderful stay, one of our best VRBO experiences. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. It is also very intentionally and well stocked with about every kitchen item you would need.The host is EXTREMELY on top of everything, and a great communicator. You can tell they truly want everyone to have a great experience, and go above and beyond as needed. You can also tell they are very experienced and have planned well ahead.Another plus is the parking is very secure. I fit (barely) with a full size truck with a 3" lift, and I definitely had zero concerns about anyone messing with a vehicle.I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Peter L was able to take advantage and enjoy the property location and amenities. Although there were some earlier concerns about parking space from other previous renter comments, he was able to put his full size truck in the assigned parking space. So glad he and his guests enjoyed their stay!

Peaceful getaway

Fabulous location and the property was so quiet. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with helpful kitchen items. The main bedroom bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the living room fireplace. The hot tub and pool were clean and well cared for. Covered parking a huge plus. Would definitely rent here again.

Great condo for ski trip

Clean and comfortable condo. Had all we needed for a ski vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Strong wifi also very nice and not always a given in mountain condos. Great communication and check in/out.

Everything was better than expected. Lots of room and extras in the pantry. Little short on hot water, but there's 5 in our family and our kids could take shorter showers. 5 stars all the way!

Great family vacation

Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, great for making your own meals. Condo itself is well laid out. Enjoyed close access to walking trail by the Dillon Marina. Easy access to main roads to ski areas. Would strongly recommend renting for families or a couple couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
