This tastefully and completely updated home offers plenty of natural light, soaring ceilings and large picture windows with electrically operated interior and exterior sun shades. Preparing large meals or just enjoying morning coffee is an absolute joy in the large, modern, fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances including a Viking gas stove top. The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms along with 3 full baths including new hand hewn bamboo flooring in all three bedrooms. A 65” flat screen HD TV is part of the home theater system in the living room area for those movie nights. The large living room also offers plenty of space for family and guest gatherings.

The backyard is your private retreat with mature cacti and variety of desert plantings, plenty of covered patio space, a new outdoor kitchen, and a heated salt water pool complete with a waterfall and outdoor gas burning chiminea. Be prepared for amazing sunsets over the Green and Boulder outcroppings with the western exposure. Just a short stroll away is the 5th Green community pool including a large hot tub that is also available in addition to your private pool at the GuggenHaus.
