◆ 21+ day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
◆ The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy to no more than six adults plus their dependent children. You agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements by renting this property.
◆ A tablet is available for using and heating the spa. A link will also be provided in the check-in instructions.
◆ POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $90 FEE PER NIGHT, REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL. The pool fee applies for the entire duration of your stay to be paid in advance.
◆ There is one camera (with audio recording) located at the front door, as a Ring doorbell, that covers the driveway and sidewalk that leads to the front door. There are no cameras inside.
◆ We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals in accordance with the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
