Beautiful home, everything was clean, as pictured, beautiful golf course views and a slim but beautiful peek of the ocean. Bedrooms spacious and kitchen wonderful. AC worked well for the rooms. Walking distance to the 1 Hotel and Hideaways beach. Easy check in, wonderful host. Would definitely stay again.

5 stars all around. Thank you. One more AC unit in the living room would have been paradise. But at least downstairs bedrooms were nice and cool at night. Would stay here again with no hesitation. Each morning you are treated to the most beautiful views. And each morning changes depending on clouds covering the hills. And waterfalls visible! We enjoyed bbq on deck as well. And kids enjoyed the ducks and other birds on the property. Even had a beautiful one visit us on our living room patio!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villas. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect with an easy walk to beaches and The 1 hotel where most days we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and espresso martinis.What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. Hali, Bill, and the entire team were amazing, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Check in/out were seamless from start to finish.This was truly a home away from home, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The great views, all the windows so you can see out wherever you’re standing, the facilities, and the location just make it a wonderful place to spend time. The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Amazing view from the patio and very easy check in and check out. great location close to everything. All of our questions were answered fast as could be. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing Villa!

Had an amazing time staying in Villa 22! Amazing views of the golf course with a sneak view on Hanalei Bay and the Mountains. Great location near Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. Great communication with host. Villa has everything you need and super clean.

Loved our stay!

The location and the villa were both better than expected. The views of the golf course from the villa were amazing and it was an easy walk to the beach or the five-star 1 Hotel. The air conditioners worked really well in the bedrooms and the breeze was enough to cool the rest of the house. We were two adults and a teenager, and everyone had more than enough space to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Glorious views, clean and comfortable, and oh, so quiet! We loved everything except the stairs up to the front door followed by the stairs down to the bedrooms. (We're a couple of old ladies and should have noticed when booking. We did not.) Still, it's a wonderful place!

Outstanding views! Comfortable beds! We arrived at night and it would be easier to to find the place with better lighting on the unit number. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Fabulous location

Quick walk to sunset viewing across the street, super pleasant lanai to watch the mountains, golfers, gorgeous red cardinals- my happy place. High ceilings, great layout, wonderful vibe. Walk all over Princeville from there. Absolutely fantastic.

Outstanding property!

My sister and I were blessed to have stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed, and then some. The beds were super-comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy and bright. The two lanais with their amazing views were much appreciated. The location was perfect; right between Hanalei and Anini beaches. The entire Princeville resort area is just beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, hopefully soon!

The view from #22 was fabulous!

This is a beautiful property, well maintained, clean with a wonderful kitchen. The rooms caught the breezes so well that we preferred to sleep with windows fully open rather than use the air conditioning. We walked to the beach every morning to swim. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends!

Nature Paradise

Everything was easy and as advertised. Perfect private location. Lanai views were a 10. Easy walk to the beach. Everything we needed at the condo for relaxing, cooking, and going to the beach. Perfect Home base on the North Shore. Fun to take a 5 minute walk to 1 Hanalei hotel for sunset viewing and drinks at the Hotel bar terrace.
