If you’ve been dreaming of sugar-white sand, emerald water, and total relaxation, you’ve found your spot. Unit 1310 is located in Building 1 of Maravilla with a beautiful view of the Gulf and just a short walk to the private beach access.

The Condo
This beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo offers comfort, style, and everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8 comfortably):
• Master Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated ensuite bathroom
• Second Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated bathroom
• Bunk Room – Twin bunks with flat-screen TV
• Living Room – Queen-size sofa sleeper for additional guests

Pet Friendly with Approval:
• $49 pet fee (covers up to two dogs)
• No aggressive breeds allowed
• Please specify breed, size, and number of dogs when booking
• Pets are not allowed on the beach

• Restaurants and bars within walking distance
• Shopping, golf, and local attractions nearby
• Convenient access to everything Destin and the surrounding area has to offer

Additional Information:
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• No college groups allowed
• Guest list required
• Adults may not check in guests under 25 and leave the premises
• Reservation will not be honored without details about the traveling party
