Your private residence for football weekends! Just south of ND campus.

Nestled in the trendy Howard Park-Eastbank neighborhood, our house is prime for a football weekend, family trip to South Bend, and more.

The House:

Our house was built in 2007 and has brand new appliances, 3 large-screen TVs (and cable!), a grill and backyard, and plenty of space for guests.

A great option for groups

This was perfect for several couples staying for a football weekend. The house had a solid location in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well cared for, and the hosts were communicative. Lots of communal space and a nice kitchen allowed us to have comfortable hangout time too. Highly recommend.

Great House on South ND Ave

Fantastic football weekend house within walking distance of the stadium. Great host who was quick to respond to any questions. We were at the December play-off game -- so we were not able to take advantage of the patio and basketball court area. But would that opportunity next year -- for a September or October game. Excellent family house with lots of room for everyone.

nice location for ND graduation

We enjoyed the overall space and location of the property for the Notre Dame graduation. The main issue we encountered was how poorly the kitchen is stocked. I brought a lot of things after communicating with the owners, but, I think some basics really need to be available. There are no wine glasses at all, little basic cooking tools, such as a cheese grater, few practical bowls for food prep, etc. The dining room seating is also not really functional for an expensive 4 bedroom rental home. If there are beds for 8-10 adults, and the guests are paying this much money, then basic dining room seating should exist for 8-10 adults.

Great stay in South Bend

One of the best properties I've been to in South Bend. House had plenty of space and was very clean. Easy walk to ND campus.

Football weekend

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is super cute with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a half bath on the main floor. Everything you need for a great weekend was provided. Notre Dame stadium was walkable but far.

Great weekend!

Howard Park is 2 blocks away. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved it. Everything about the weekend was perfect except the outcome of the football game.

Great for ND game

We had a great time staying at this house. Was perfect for four couples and an easy Uber ride to the tailgate and game. Very clean and nice house and the beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for a great stay.

Great house in south bend

We stayed here for the Notre Dame/Purdue game. It is close to the stadium (not walking distance) but a great house in the area. It was very clean and had more than enough room for our family of 9.

Great home for our stay

The house was very clean, with many amenities. Bedrooms were generous, plenty of bathrooms for all. Lower level bedroom was great, also. Big backyard and private (and with a basketball hoop, which my son and his child loved). Side patio with table and chairs worked great for our family and drop-in guests. Very central for our wedding stay.

Family stay

The house was beautiful and just right for my extended family, including a 15 month old. Everything was neat and clean; well laid out. We were able to walk to dinner along the river and my son and his fiancee loved the East Race. It is central to family in Clay Township and Crumstown. Getting in by code was easy and when I needed "me time" the front porch was the perfect place. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very secure. Thank you, Emily, for sharing your house.

We're fans of travel, Greater Swiss Mountain dogs, basketball, and a good Notre Dame football game.
